  I’ve ordered from this location twice in a month, and both orders have been wrong. The food and drinks are made nicely, but I’d like to actually get what I paid for. Please read your tickets carefully before making orders.

  Third time we have came here right after leaving church. Pulled up to the window at 7:38 and we’re told the kitchen is closed. Rude teenagers closing early.

  I usually go in there all the time to a mixed atmosphere. On Friday May 1, I arrived there first only to have to wait because a woman wanted to get a group photo of all of the staff this momentaiily haulting production for waiting customers. However, that’s not the reason for my review. I paid my order and maybe I should’ve asked for a receipt because the guy putting the orders on the counter was yelling the order number not saying what is on there. I asked him what was what and all he did was yell at me and yelled “It’s on the order!” Two things wrong there. #1 I didn’t have my reading glasses therefore I can’t read these tickets accurately. # 2 I’m not going through food to see what is what. I asked a girl what was in the bag and she told me. That’s it for my patronage! There are two great people there. One is the girl with the tattoos on her face, I believe her name is Courtney. The other one is the older black lady with the mask. I’m not sure her name. The guy with the tattoos and black hair who yelled at me needs an attitude adjustment.

  made a mobile order at 8:13pm. store was closed but made my transaction. jumped through hoops trying to call, message to get the matter taken care of and my money back. After talking to the manager at this location was told they were supposed to have been open. I have to wait to receive a gift card in the mail for my refund. Dunkin needs to fix this where they can transact it back to customers just as fast as they took it from. won’t be messing with this Dunkin again.

  My mom had went in to order our food and drinks when one of the workers was being rude to a girl who probably has only been working there for maybe two or three days. He was so concerned over the 8 oz cream cheese that he gave my mom the wrong sandwich, instead of her sausage egg and cheese she got a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. So sorry for whoever got my mom’s sandwich instead.
