  Very disappointed with this Dunkin’ visit. The floors were dirty, there were flies in the dining area, and the temperature inside was unbearable. It was 86 degrees in the dining room and 93 degrees in the restrooms — hotter than it was outside. Customers should not have to sit and drink coffee in those conditions. Cleanliness and basic comfort need serious attention here.

  We've been to many Dunkin' donuts around the nation and this has to be one of the worst! Service was horrible, they screwed up our drink order, workers at the drive-thru had 0 personality, and place look like a hurricane hit the inside of it. It was a complete mess. On top of that they cannot even make iced lattes. Time to open another store down the road with better management

  There are two girls in the building as workers. Why on earth was one girl the only one doing her job. The other employee came from the back with her phone in her hand.. I wasn’t able to order anything because they “don’t have change for $100” for one get the manager to get you more money.. for two you shouldn’t be able to get paid to sit on your butt all day while your other coworker did the work. Bathrooms are nasty. Poor girl needs a raise !

  Slowest Dunkin Donuts i have ever been to. Can only take 1 order at a time. Avoid at all opportunity 6 cars turned around

  Coffee is watered down, weak and scallding hot. Staff is super friendly and place is clean enough if not sparse and boring. Food is decent but the coffee is what matters here. Among the weakest coffee I've ever had and this is the consistent experience after my third and final visit. It's like the franchise owner is trying to be cheap and reuse the grounds or not use enough grounds to begin with. With all the tourists I guess his motivation is to make the coffee so hot that you don't realize it has no flavor until it's 15 or 20 minutes later and by then you're already 10 miles away. So I guess he's not counting on repeat business. Seriously, you are much better off going to one of the bakeries around here or even a gas station. I would rather go to the Starbucks just down the street and I hate Starbucks so that says a lot. The location is also very tight and hard to get into when there's traffic which is pretty much most of the time. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else.
