Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- RJRobert JohnsonJun 27, 20261.0It was my first time and will not be back. Took to long to get food and when it arrived the burger was only luck warm, the fries the same way. I sat at a table with bench type seats and it was uncomfortable. The bench seat had you set low and made eating uncomfortable. As stated above I will not be back.

- KLKyle LeckingerJun 24, 20261.0Went for my first time this week. Was not busy. Only car there. Tried a burger. They forgot the bacon (burger was alright so whatever, they're kids.) Happened to be driving by today and figured i'd give it another go because there was no line ... got a jalapeno burger and they forgot the jalapenos. Bacon was on it this time but it was undercooked almost (which is odd assuming its microwaved bacon.) Whole burger tasted off (fries were good ... but its hard to mess up fries.) I see why there was no line during the dinner hours. Menu isn't that complicated. Focus more on training the team on making the food. Friendly team members only get you so far. Same quality as a sonic to be fair. Wouldn't be suprised if they used the same food source for ordering. $11+ on food just to go down the road to another place to eat.

The hot honey pimento chicken sandwich did not have enough sauce or pimento cheese. The burger was very flat and did not look like the photos on the menu.
- CHChris HarrisonJun 22, 20261.0A manager that supposed to be from Texas but very rude not only to me but to the employees as well seeing her yet a employee fired All because she put one too many orders on a customer order in front of me and the lady whole attitude had changed but I heard the woman son they were speaking Spanish but the son was speaking English said it was just one too many meals but the so-called manager refunded the whole order gave the family the whole order for free and extra free stuff come to find out they still blame and trainee employee and fire them food there is pretty good it's just a poor choice of who they hire to run that store
