Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Mrs. Tiffany is a really good employee. I watched her handle customers with grace and ease. A very polite and down to earth women. She's a great asset to the Whataburger company. Keep up the great work Mrs Tiffany!!!

I am writing to share my experience at your location earlier today around 6:30 PM. I was traveling home from the Columbia Airport to Aiken south Carolina and decided to stop so my family could try Whataburger for the first time. Unfortunately, what should have been a positive introduction to your brand was marred by a troubling display of poor leadership.
I placed an order for three burgers, chicken tenders, a chicken sandwich, and fries. When my order was brought out, I realized one of the burgers was missing. I went inside to resolve the issue and was met by **Tiffany**, who was incredibly helpful and professional. However, when Tiffany requested the missing item from the kitchen, the floor trainer a shorter woman in a blue shirt, whom I believe was named **Genesis** intervened in an entirely unacceptable manner.
She took my receipt and began yelling at Tiffany and the kitchen staff, loudly claiming that all the food had already been made. While the kitchen may have technically "made" the item, I did not receive it. Rather than focusing on customer satisfaction or supporting her team, she continued to speak to Tiffany with a harsh, rude tone, demanding that the transaction be re-rung and signed for in a way that felt needlessly aggressive.
As a Plant Manager, I understand the complexities of high-pressure environments and the importance of effective leadership. True leaders do not belittle their staff, especially not in front of customers. Genesis’s behavior was not only unprofessional but also detrimental to the morale of the team and the reputation of your company. If she is indeed a trainer, she is setting a poor example for how your brand should be represented.
On a positive note, I want to commend **Tiffany** for her grace under pressure, as well as **Brianna** and the manager I spoke with on the phone (**Jennifer**), all of whom were very pleasant and professional.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously. As it stands, this first impression has left me hesitant to return to Whataburger. I believe your team and your customers deserve better leadership than what was displayed by the trainer on duty tonight.

My favorite fast food burger place! Omg! I just wish there was one closer to me! This one is about an hour from my house, but every time im in Columbia or Lexington, I make sure to stop in. Its nostalgic and delicious! Portions are HUGE! And the price is great. Drive thru. Pick up. Or dine in. Either way, you wont be disappointed!

I went to Whataburger for the first time on May 2 2026 with my husband and the staff was very polite and had very good patience when we were choosing something to order, we got to the window to pay and the staff is very friendly and I will definitely be going back to this Whataburger my burger was the double meat cheese burger and it was delicious 😋 I loved it, it was so juicy and had the right amount of cheese on it to make it a great burger 🍔 I think travelers will very much enjoy eating at this Whataburger I couldn't recommend it enough because hands down the food is great 😃

I visited this location on April 13th for supper. We ordered our food and sat at the table with our kids. After 15 minutes or so, our food came out but some of it was missing. The attendant didn't understand what was missing which was half of our kids meals - no drinks, fries, or fruit gummies. Another staff member came out to assist and we had to explain it a second time. After another 10 minutes passed, he finally brought out the rest of our kids meals. The food tasted fine but everyone else around us was complaining about receiving incorrect orders. This was the third strike for our family. We'll just stick to Rush's from now on.
