  Disappointing, just disappointing, today me and some of my fellow peers had built up quite the appetite and decided to indulge in the beautiful symphony of hispanic spices and flavors at taco bell and when we arrived and headed inside this fine dining establishment we all proceeded to order at the kiosks, my peers ordered with cards instead of cash, me personally I decided to pay in cash which was my first mistake as it took me 15 minutes to pay at the counter which wasn't a big deal I understand the world doesn't revolve around me but the fact it took such a hot minute to even pay for my order felt like the first strike. After I payed it also took a while for my food to come out and when it did I noticed two things first: No drink, No Nacho Cheese. These two things are quintessential to a meal at Taco Bell and I didn't have them. I voiced my concerns and they gave me my nacho cheese yet when I asked for my drink which was a Pineapple lime drink the lady seemed reluctant to get the drink for me as if it was a hassle to do her job strike 2 and 3.... thats a strikeout. When I got my drink I felt as if all my problems went away as the food went down swiftly, but it felt as something was wrong, something was off.... and i found the issue..... They also forgot my nacho fries. Now up to this point i have been pretty patient and respectful but I also forgot to mention I had indulged in my food afterI left the establishment and there was no turning back, I can forgive everything, the service, the wait time, the forgetting some of my stuff.... but one thing i cant forgive is my nacho fries, my delicious flavorful nacho fries, I was disappointed to say the least and my meal felt so unfinished and i continued with my day feeling a part of myself feeling empty. Dear taco bell we need to talk and resolve this issue. thank you for the concerns and have a mediocre rest of your day.

  Had to TELL the girl in the front SEVERAL TIMES I need to pay for my order with Cash and she refused to open the register! Then didn’t ask my name and made me wait and when I said what my name was, proceeded to spill off a bunch of nonsense under her breath. I came today (April 12th at 4:45pm). I left immediately after my time got wasted. Teach your employees customer service.

  The crew working tonight was incredible! We ordered quite a bit but we still got our food quickly and the cashier was friendly even with it being late. Roommate and I are satisfied.

  Mar 4 2026, night time employees states that are only accepting door dash orders at 1130, 90 minutes before close Place frequently “shuts down early” but 90 minutes is crazy. Reasoning was we gotta do inventory. Assume accepting DoorDash orders so headquarters doesn’t find out. Also, this location frequently has missing ingredient, typically lettuce tomato sour cream Lousy management

  Went in to grab some food around 7 and the food was perfect. Staff super friendly. Manager even came to say thanks an have a good night to us. Love this location.
