  If I could leave less stars I would. The staff is so rude and the manager is just as bad for allowing her staff to be rude to customers. I was the only one in the restaurant and I was ignored by two employees, one rolled her eyes at me and didn’t walk over. I wanted a refund and was told they could not do it in store. The whole staff needs to work on their attitude. Not to mention, when I called to reach out to the GM, I was given the run around by other employees. The service was so terrible that I didn’t even eat my food. The only reason I tried to reach out to an employee is because I have dietary restrictions.

  Taco Bell at late night must be the best time to eat it. Food was great and made correctly. Look forward to stopping in again for a late night snack off the highway

  Worst taco bell in the area. Just waited 20 mins on one nachos bell grande at midnight despite the store being absolutely dead with at least 4 employees

  Just wanted to give a warm shout out to Lindsey L. Working drive thru. Not only did she ensure my order was fulfilled and understood but when another associate interrupted and caused confusion she swiftly and accurately guided the conversation and order to my satisfaction. I can not thank her enough for taking that extra mile for customer service an action all to forgotten in our time and age of fast food. This woman needs a raise or accolade you go girl thanks again!

  I place online orders at this location and the other location on south lake. This location has become my go to but unfortunately, the last 3 times I’ve ordered, they got my order wrong with missing items. I even tried to order inside today and still was missing items. It’s beyond frustrating.
