  Hamburgers taste fake to me. Like the hot dogs. Service is so slow waited 12 minutes in Drive thru for bad food

  Food was hot and fresh. No waiting even with a few cars in front of us. Staff is always polite 🙂

  This is the worst Sonic location I have ever experienced. This location services overcooked, low temp un-filtered food. I ordered a Sonic Cheeseburger combo Medium with extra mayo tots and a ginger ale with cranberry. When I got to the window, the drive thru cashier was polite but the expression on her face was not welcoming nor inviting. I received my order and proceeds to go home. I was only 3 mins away from sonic when I opened my sandwich, my burger patty was old, dry and hard. The cheese was not melted, the lettuce was brown and the tomatoes were soggy. My tots were fresh but looked like they were fried in non- filtered grease. This location has an walk-in lobby so I went inside after turning around. The front counter cashier comes up with a polite greeting at first and ask "yes how may I help you today" I let her know I needed a remake for my burger. She asks this time non apologetic "whats wrong with it" I proceed to let her know that the burger patty was old, dry and hard, she tells me " I dont see how that is possible when we make our burgers fresh everyday" I replied, " if that was true I wouldn't be in here would I". So now she let's me know that they will remake my order. The Front counter cashier did not opened my bag to confirm burger patty nor did she let her manager know what was going on. Once remake was done I checked my sandwich, this time the burger was hot and fresh. Since I didnt receive fresh tots after losing temp from my first order I just asked for my money back. The front counter cashier goes and get her manager. He walks up and ask " how can I help you"? I let him know I want a refund for my tots. Instead of the manager asking me the size of the tots he asks the front counter cashier. How would she know, she didnt take my order in drive thru because shes not the driver thru cashier Smh🤦🏽‍♀️. My advice, stay away from this unprofessional un-organized location. When ever I want a fresh burger I'm going to Five Guys. By the way there is a new location for Five guys just mins away.

  Every time I go to sonic I always get a large Reesie‘s blast and I always ask them add extra receipts and I don’t think they ever do so today. I asked them to add M&M in it and they gave me a lot of Reesie’s so why can’t I get that every time? I asked for extra Reesie’s
