  So I stopped by earlier today and placed three small orders — a plain toasted bagel with walnut honey spread, a latte and sandwich on one order, and a cinnamon roll on another. While waiting for my order, I noticed who I’m assuming was the lead speaking very rudely to a sweet young man named Brad and constantly talking down to him. It was honestly uncomfortable to witness. On top of that, I waited almost 30 minutes for my to-go order, and my food was repeatedly being plated instead of packaged to go. I reminded the employee that my items were to-go, and he politely asked if all the items could go into the same bag. I explained that I’m allergic to cinnamon, so they could not. Unfortunately, my bagel had already been placed on a plate where the cinnamon roll had been sitting and was then about to be bagged. I again explained that I cannot have my food touching cinnamon. The lead then told Brad to remake my bagel and threw the original away. I understand the urgency to fix the mistake, but the way Brad was spoken to was honestly upsetting. You could clearly tell he was struggling and trying his best, and the treatment he received was disappointing to witness. I then waited another 10 minutes for the replacement bagel, which sat on the counter for quite a while and was once again grouped with other orders. Thankfully, this time it was not placed with the cinnamon roll. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service, the long wait time, and especially the way Brad was treated. Employees deserve patience and respect, especially when they are clearly trying. Situations like this are exactly why it’s becoming harder to keep good staff. Please do better.

  This is the worst / slowest Panera I have ever been to. Every time I come, I have to spend a minimum of 5min in the drive thru line even when I place and order ahead on the app, there have been multiple times where I have waited 15min in the drive thru line. Also, this location is always out of cookies, no matter what day of the week or time of day I come 9/10 they do not have the cookie or bakery item i ask for and sometime even after I place for pickup in the app, once I get to the window they say they are sold out. If you know you sell out of an item every day, why not have more in stock? Every now and again I understand but every single day, morning or afternoon - you’re sold out? I am not sure if it’s poor management or what but this has got to be the worst location I have been to when it comes to supply and efficiency. I use to be a sip club member but canceled it based solely on how many bad experiences I have had with this location it wasn’t worth the wait / errors with my order .

  ALESHIA at the register was so helpful friendly upon arrival gave great suggestions stopped by after our order was received to ensure everything was ok… it wasnt, she rectified our order and did it with a smile.

  I have been here many times (at least 100 times if not more). We normally get the broccoli cheddar soup with baguette and sometimes the avocado melt sandwich. Rarely there have been any issues with my order, and if ever anything happened it was promptly fixed when reported to any server. I read a few reviews and I do understand some frustration sometimes among the customers (not everyone is having a good day and when they looking to end their day with a meal or take a break and have some food - not having it go your way makes things little more worse). I feel for you all but I can say that the staff here are really really sweet, if you talk to them on most days your day will get much better. I was there for dinner tonite, they served it right, my son was very happy with the food and I was happy because he was happy (he is a very picky eater). I thank the staff for always being nice and serving us right …with a smile always.

  I go to this location almost everyday and I always deal with Alysha. She is the best. She is always working doing something whether it’s taking orders picking up dirty plates. I see why she is a GEA guest experience associate.
