  Pathetic service around 2pm on a weekday. I was seated and left without anybody even asking me about my drink or order for over 20 minutes. Ended up watching individuals come in after me literally eating so I just got up and left.

  This was a very pleasant experience. We were celebrating my Son's high school graduation and were a party of 12. No reservation and they made it work for us. The food was delicious, everyone loved their meals. The staff was friendly and attentive. At one point I had to take my youngest daughter to the ladies room and while waiting, I was watching the staff speeding through the hallway taking plates in and out of their kitchen, I mean just as busy as they can be, by this time the restaurant was packed. I witnessed 2 of the servers bumped into each other at one point and they both apologized to each other, smiled and kept going. To see a little bit of the insight to "behind the scenes" such positive reaction, was pleasant as well. I hope it stays that way, I really do. We will definitely come back for more celebrations!

  Our food was phenomenal! I ordered the steak and chicken- seasoned perfectly and cooked exactly to order. Nothing was over or undercooked! The best part of our experience was our waitress, Wren, she was extraordinarily sweet and we never went without anything at our table! We never had to wait for refills, and she checked in on us at appropriate intervals! She made us feel welcomed. Thank you so much Wren!

  Big thank you to the wonderful staff and owner at Outback in Lexington, SC. They accommodated our party of 14 with excellent service (kudos Jennifer) and delicious and hot food!   I have never in my entire life given a 1 star review but here we go. I’ve been a server so I understand the restaurant industry. Walked in, 2 total people in the party, at around 4:00 PM with only 2 people eating in the entire restaurant. Was told they only had 1 server working so it would be a 15 minute wait but the entire restaurant, except for 2 people were dining in. Also had to stand at the host stand for 10 minutes while the hostess tried to figure out if there were if there were “any clean tables” in the open section. Mind you, there were only 2 people in the restaurant eating so all other tables were clean.
