  Arrived at the restaurant at 530 and didn’t leave till 800. Service was very slow and food was mediocre at best. Server let our whole party of 7 run out of drinks before we were able to finally flag her down for refills. My steak arrived and although it was tender it was barely warm. My wife ordered the same exact steak and hers was tough. My sweet potato was overcooked, almost burnt on top. The server never removed any dirty dishes from the table so space became an issue. The server forgot my cheesecake and I had to remind her twice to bring it. Bad experience! Will never go back to this location. I can’t wait to get the canned response from the Outback AI team.

  The service at this Outback is the absolute worst. I've been twice now and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I shouldn't have. The ribeye was horrible too. If I pay $40 for a steak I need it to not taste like liver. Just don't go.

  The nicest staff!! My son wanted to keep one of the drink garnishment toppers (it was a plastic platypus) and the little add in egg shell cup it came with, when we were leaving he realized he left part of this set on the table. Went back inside and they were so kind to get him two more full sets! Made his week! The food was outstanding and the server was so attentive and kind. 10/10 will come back and recommend every time!

  This place was really nice, clean, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I sat at the bar, and the bartender immediately made the experience better. He was attentive, professional, and clearly very good at his job. His name started with an M, but out of respect for his privacy, I won’t include it here. Still, he deserves credit for how well he handled the bar and how comfortable he made the guests feel. I ordered a steak, and it was cooked perfectly—exactly the way I asked for it. The seasoning was on point, the temperature was spot‑on, and the presentation showed they take pride in what they serve. It’s rare to get a steak that hits every mark without needing anything extra, but this one did. The overall atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff seemed genuinely focused on making sure everyone had a good experience. Between the great service, the clean environment, and the perfectly cooked meal, this spot left a strong impression. I would definitely come back when I’m in the area again. It’s the kind of place you remember, and the kind of place you recommend to friends who want good food and good service.

  I selected the ribs as my main course, but within moments regretted my choice due to the dish’s excessive seasoning. The flavor profile was unbalanced, leaning heavily toward saltiness with an overpowering spicy finish. After consuming only one bite, I communicated my dissatisfaction to the waiter. Unfortunately, his response was unhelpful and dismissive. When I pointed out the issue, he appeared unaware of the dish’s reputation, stating, “I’ve never had the ribs, I can’t believe they’re spicy!” This lack of acknowledgment or willingness to address the problem left the situation unresolved. As a result, I limited my consumption to the salad and side dishes, as the main course was inedible. Notably, the staff did not offer any assistance or attempt to rectify the issue, despite the clear problem with the dish.
