The food has great flavor, and the fries are amazing! I do have one piece of constructive feedback, though. I think you should stop wrapping the burgers in aluminum foil. I’ve ordered online twice now, and both times the bun arrived soggy and slightly crushed. I recommend packaging the burgers in a small cardboard box instead, similar to how McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, and even Burger King package theirs. A box would help keep the burger intact, prevent the bun from getting squished, and allow it to stay fresher during delivery. Other than that, the burger was delicious. If the packaging issue is addressed, this would easily be an excellent burger experience.

This restaurant is in a great location. The young man at the register learned to listen to the customer today. Both cheeseburger meals were to be made to order, remove grilled onion and add raw onions. He said our burgers will come with the onions. I asked if he added raw onion to the order so the cooks would know to add raw onion. He said no, he only had to remove the grilled onions. We got our burgers, and there were no raw onions. I go to the counter and ask the same cashier, can you please give us the raw onions I asked for. He said "they should be on the burger". I explained to him, "I'm back here asking you so that you'll learn to add the raw onions like I asked you to when I ordered it". He said no, they messed something up in the kitchen. Manager hears this conversation and steps to the cashier, did she ask you to add raw onions. He told mgr, I removed grilled onions. Mgr says, if you don't ADD raw onions to the ticket order, we (cooks) don't know the customer wants raw onions. Thank you, Mgr. Thank you. The young man continued to discuss with the Mgr as I walked the onions to my table. Besides that experience, which we are grateful for the managers reaction, the burgers weren't as great tasting as I had remembered they used to be. For 2 regular cheeseburger baskets and 2 cokes $37. White Knoll is a fairly small community - only a small portion of residents could afford that pricing for burgers. We spent $25 for 2 full meals at Lizards Thicket, just under $25 at the area's fast food restaurants. I don't believe 5 guys will last due to the pricing - but to save your reputation, please keep the customer service experience a focus. We have always loved 5 Guys Burgers!
