  Hello Dutch Bros Team,I am writing to share feedback about my recent visit. While I enjoy your drinks and appreciate a high-energy environment, the music during my visit was completely inappropriate. The speakers were playing explicit rap music at an extreme volume.It was so loud that I could barely hear the employee, and I was forced to yell my order just to be understood. This made the experience incredibly stressful and uncomfortable.I understand that music is part of the Dutch Bros culture, but it should not interfere with basic communication or feature explicit content that is inappropriate for a public business. I request that management reviews the volume levels and playlist guidelines for this location.Thank you for your time and for addressing this issue.Best regards,

  I love golden eagle smoothie/shake thing with an extra shot. They took over where Clutch was, the place my daughter loved. Anyway, tiny building. The walk-up window is being utilized more now, which is great, because the car line is usually stupid long. If they have people actively working the line outside then it flows quickly enough. The people who work there, both inside and out have all been a great treat to deal with every time, absolutely no complaints. As for the drinks, as I said I love the one I get. My daughter ordered a macchiato type and said it was not good, but the drink we both agreed on was the worst was the Chai. It wasn't chai-ey enough at all. Tried twice, no good. Which is sad. Now I take her to the Starbucks for Chai which means I go less here. On my own though, I'll keep coming.

  I had a great experience at Dutch Bros in Lexington. The employee, Natalie, was excellent and very attentive. When I approached the window, she was very kind, and you could tell that she wants to work there. Also, my drink tasted phenomenal. The line at Dutch is worth that kind of stellar service and drinks!

  First- long line, seems daunting but not to these pros. Friendly people all around. My first time at Dutch bros ever. Handed a little pocket menu. Loved that. The price was reasonable! Drink was delicious! From the time I got in line and out to the road was 10 minutes. Definitely recommend!

  While I understand the establishment is new, properly preparing workers to be ready for busy days is key. This is absolutely ridiculous to sit in a drive through line this long for a drink. This maybe one of the main reasons Starbucks remains in business. I have waited in line for at least 30 minutes this far. It’s bizarre to have the menu this far up after you’ve waited & hours in line. This rating of 4.4 won’t last long.
