I waited patiently as the only customer in line for over seven minutes as 5 to 6 women in Duncan uniforms and hats behind the counter discussed a yoga app with the customer who skipped in front of me. All saw me. Some even acknowledged me. However, none could be bothered to take an order. I left. The store, its employees and its management need to do a much, much, much, much, much, much better job - especially with their “tips appreciated” bowl prominently displayed.

I complained to corporate about that manager and her ridiculous excuses as to why she couldn't make my food properly. Especially since I've worked at Dunkin in the past many times and at different stores. She was rude and talking about her new trainees. If you don't have customers because you pissed them off over a simple request, you all won't be working. Never will I ever go back to Dunkin especially this one with this obnoxious manager who is "in charge" of this establishment.
