  i’ve never had bad service here, but sometimes it can be slow. when they are busy and the drive thru line gets backed up it’s annoying, and i can tell the employees get very stressed by it. my only issue is this location can be very inconsistent with quality of food and drinks. maybe 1/5 times i go, something will taste off or food will be over- or undercooked. employees have always been nice and polite with me even when i can tell they’re stressed out. i get the sense that maybe the franchise owner/management isn’t supporting or setting this location up for success.

  Just went into this location 5/15/26 9:15am. The older woman (assuming the manager) was absolutely horrible to the younger staff. She belittled them and was just plain mean right in front of the customers. The younger staff was very nice and were working hard the entire time we were there. The older lady just stood by the finished drink area and glared at the others working and told them what they were doing “wrong”. Shame on that woman. What a terrible, miserable way to go through life. I hope these negative reviews spark some reflection within her.

  Manager of this location is exceptionally rude. Customer service is horrible and she refuses to do anything “extra” like melt a little sugar before putting it into my ice coffee. Yes I know they have liquid sugar but it tastes awful, and only takes 2 seconds to melt sugar with a tiny splash of hot coffee in the same cup that the ice coffee is being made in. Don’t worry about contacting the district manager because he promotes this behavior and th manager lies by telling him that you used profanity when you didn’t. Slow. Incompetent. Incapable.

  The old lady who works the drive thru is INSANELY rude. They also don’t allow you to add on whip cream after you forgot to add it even though you said you’d pay for it is crazy and I’ve never heard of them doing that until now. -10/10 experience. The coffee is also always so bitter and nasty like they let the coffee sit for hours and then still serve it to you. So make you don’t forget your whip cream guys
