This store has MULTIPLE cockroaches that i have seen before in my previous times of being in there, the manager Cecilia is NEVER in site, if we go to the drive thru, shes in the back smoking, even when the store was terribly busy, or if we are inside we don’t see her at all. She treats her employees terribly and even yelled at one in front of people, I feel so bad for the employees that work there. The coffee taste old like they leave it overnight, same with the tea, they say the donuts are fresh when a employee told me they get delivered at 3am. The store needs a new manager that helps their employees and knows what they are doing, and also need DEEP cleaning, it shouldn’t be that bad for customers to see these things. WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I SUGGEST YALL NEVER DO AS WELL.

- JJJillianMay 18, 20264.0i’ve never had bad service here, but sometimes it can be slow. when they are busy and the drive thru line gets backed up it’s annoying, and i can tell the employees get very stressed by it. my only issue is this location can be very inconsistent with quality of food and drinks. maybe 1/5 times i go, something will taste off or food will be over- or undercooked. employees have always been nice and polite with me even when i can tell they’re stressed out. i get the sense that maybe the franchise owner/management isn’t supporting or setting this location up for success.

She belittled them and was just plain mean right in front of the customers. The younger staff was very nice and were working hard the entire time we were there. The older lady just stood by the finished drink area and glared at the others working and told them what they were doing “wrong”. Shame on that woman. What a terrible, miserable way to go through life. I hope these negative reviews spark some reflection within her.
