- DADaly Aldana6 days ago1.0My purchase there was horrible, I bought an Ice latte I ordered it medium and they gave me half and I asked them why? And they told me because if I wanted more ice I had to pay for it separately, it's incredible that they sell you a drink and charge you for the ice separately, and a white-haired girl who works there is rude and offensive, they should have a manager because I asked and there is never one,i asked for the manager and they said they dont hace one.Unbelivable.

The arrogance, rudeness, and lack of empathy toward the customer shown by the "white-haired girl" are unbelievable; she urgently needs customer service training. She was extremely rude and ill-mannered. I ordered a coffee, and when I received it, I politely asked for a little more ice—maybe five or six small pieces. The white-haired girl said, "You have to pay for that! If you don't pay, I could lose my job!" I paid for a coffee with whipped cream, but they didn't put it on, and I had to ask for it three times! But apparently, I *do* have to pay for five ice cubes! We won't be going back to that place!

This store has MULTIPLE cockroaches that i have seen before in my previous times of being in there, the manager Cecilia is NEVER in site, if we go to the drive thru, shes in the back smoking, even when the store was terribly busy, or if we are inside we don’t see her at all. She treats her employees terribly and even yelled at one in front of people, I feel so bad for the employees that work there. The coffee taste old like they leave it overnight, same with the tea, they say the donuts are fresh when a employee told me they get delivered at 3am. The store needs a new manager that helps their employees and knows what they are doing, and also need DEEP cleaning, it shouldn’t be that bad for customers to see these things. WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I SUGGEST YALL NEVER DO AS WELL.
