- JKJackie Kneece4 days ago2.0It was a pleasure of an experience with gas five dollars a gallon to get here and they’re closed early. As a side note I stop here almost daily.
- JKJohn KApr 15, 20261.0Went to Dunkin this morning a little after 6am and the lobby was dark. Checked the hrs on the door and it said lobby opens at 6am. As I turned and walked to my car the lobby light came on. Turned around and saw two employees inside but the door was locked. Knocked on the door and they just looked at me and went about their business for about 5 min. When they finally unlocked the door they stated that , “ the lobby was closed and I had to use the drive thru”. I explained to them that I needed to order 3 dozen donuts and coffee for a work meeting and I wanted to see what I was getting in the dozen. The employee stated, “ you can do that in the drive thru”. I replied how am I going to see what donuts you’ll have available from the drive thru” and he just looked at me closed the door and locked it. Dunkin you need to do better, this is poor customer service and unacceptable. I’ve been visiting this store for over 4 yrs and buying donuts and coffee for all company morning meetings. Next time I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes and go to Krispy Kreme where I know the service will be a lot better.
