- JDjohn goodwin (Light in the Dark)1 day ago2.0I think that it is disgusting that they asked for tips even though they get paid a full wage and for one coffee it cost me five bucks. On top of that, Vagrants hang out around the location and regularly walk up to my car while I'm in the Drive-Thru begging. On top of that, they're always out of certain size cups and different things so they can't make things that I order. I'm finished with Duncan. Their prices have gone up too much for them to be asking for tips. So persistently. You aren't doing anything special to the coffee you're just making it. In fact, the person getting the tip usually isn't even the one making it. Get rid of the tip jars. I'm finished paying five bucks, a cup of coffee and then being begged for a tip. It's disgusting.

I waited as I assumed they were busy in back, 5 minutes pass, I called to the back as I saw 2 young ladies backed there laughing and joking around. 1 came to front counter and i was finally able to order. She however did not make my 1 drink. A young man came out, another 3 minutes passed, he attempts to make my drink but did not have the syrup stocked, had to restock, made my drink. I had asked for a reciept earlier feom girl so waited for that too! All that, with not 1 customer in sight but me took 15 minutes from an iced coffee! Terrible service
