  Stupid. Says on their door they open at 10:45 but doors are still locked, maybe if you don't open at 10:45 don't say you open at that time on your FRONT door!

  I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the Chipotle location on Sunset Blvd in Lexington, SC. Today, I visited this location at approximately 3:00 PM and was shocked to be told that they essentially had no food available and that there would be a 30-minute wait. This was not during a late-night rush or near closing time — it was the middle of the afternoon. A customer should reasonably expect a restaurant to have the basic menu items available during normal business hours. Unfortunately, this appears to be part of a much larger, ongoing issue. Over the past year or two, every time I have visited a Chipotle location, I have been told which meats are available because certain options are out of stock. I cannot remember the last time I visited a Chipotle where all of the standard meat options were available. This has become such a consistent pattern that it feels like a company-wide operational problem rather than an isolated incident. On top of the ongoing food availability issues, the customer service at this location has been absolutely horrendous. Employees often appear uninterested in helping customers, and basic courtesy seems to be missing. On multiple occasions, I have thanked employees and received no response at all. One specific example was when I asked for a bag of chips and the employee did not even acknowledge me or look up before ignoring the request. Experiences like this make customers feel unwelcome and unappreciated. What is especially frustrating is that Chipotle promotes a fast, reliable dining experience, but customers are repeatedly forced to adjust their orders based on shortages while also receiving poor service. There appears to be little effort to communicate with customers, apologize for the inconvenience, or provide a positive experience. I am asking Chipotle to look into inventory management, food preparation processes, staffing, and overall customer service standards. Running out of multiple core menu items during normal business hours should not be considered acceptable, especially for a national restaurant chain. I have been a customer who enjoys Chipotle, but these repeated experiences are making it increasingly difficult to continue choosing the brand.

  I knew right when I walked in and looked behind the counter that the customer service was going to be shit. If you know, you know. But what I didn’t expect was for the cashier to literally throw my burrito into the bag as she never said a word to me. Jesus Christ. You people need house training for real.
