  First and last time trying Chipotle. WOW was it over seasoned and stupidly priced. Don’t get what the hype is and better/cheaper/fresher Mexican restaurants that can do the same thing and better.

  Service was awesome tonight, they were short staffed & still made it happen for me, I got the girls name, raeh she is #awesome greatest customer service I have ever had at this location. We need more people like her in the world, she deserves a raise/promotion.

  I forgot to ask for shredded cheese in my bowl. Refused to just give me a side of it to add myself without paying for it even though it comes for free in a bowl.

  I am submitting a formal complaint regarding this Chipotle location. I visit this restaurant regularly, but the repeated shortages and poor customer service have become completely unacceptable. This location has been out of chips four separate times within the past month. These were not visits shortly before closing. Most recently, I visited at approximately 8:00 p.m.—nearly three hours before closing—and was once again told there were no chips available. On another occasion, the restaurant did not even have chicken available. This is especially frustrating because I usually order through the Chipotle app. By the time I discover that something is unavailable or missing, I have already paid for it. Twice, the app provided a free-item credit for missing items. However, on another occasion, my chips were missing and I received neither a refund nor a replacement credit. During my most recent visit, I attempted to order my usual burrito bowl with chips and queso. When I mentioned that this location is frequently out of chips, the employee responded dismissively and said they were busy. I understand that restaurants get busy, but preparing enough food and maintaining basic inventory are essential parts of operating a restaurant—especially three hours before closing. A legitimate concern from a regular customer should also be handled professionally, not dismissed. The consistently poor reviews for this location suggest that these are not isolated incidents. Customers should not repeatedly pay for missing products, be unable to order basic menu items, or receive a rude and dismissive response when raising a reasonable complaint. I am requesting reimbursement for the chips missing from my previous online order, appropriate compensation for these repeated problems, and a management review of this location’s inventory preparation and customer-service standards. I would also like this complaint forwarded to the district or regional manager responsible for this restaurant. I enjoy Chipotle and would like to continue being a customer, but this location needs meaningful improvement.
