  It’s Mother’s Day, it’s late, the service was impeccable. The burrito was amazing, and I just feel like the worst as I thought I brought my whole wallet with me, but I paid with my phone and you can’t tip on a card. I hope to learn the Name of the gentleman that was behind the counter tonight, he deserves a tip and I thought I had my wallet with me which had cash in it. Maybe start letting customers tip on screen? But I’ll definitely be back when I see him working to make up for the tip that I couldn’t get tonight.

  went in sunday afternoon, around 6 pm, and saw a very poor display of efficiency by the staff on duty. there was a single gentleman (don’t know his name but props to him for pushing through and putting up with that) on the line making and checking out customers while the rest of the staff did prep or just hung back. you could tell the man on the line was getting frustrated at the lack of support and longline that kept growing as there’s only so much one pair of hands can accomplish. he was still kind and attentive in his interactions. the rest of the team (except for the girl doing to go orders) needed better management to delegate tasks properly and not let a single man hanging

  Got a burrito bowl. Food cold, chips salty but the portions was ok. Young lady who fixed my food was rushing me as though anyone was behind me in line.

  Are consistently “out” of items and recently were “only taking online orders” according to a handwritten sign they taped to the door… Music has been blaring some nights and crew could not want to be there less. Maybe things are better during the day but later in the evenings it’s almost always a bad experience. Unless Ms. T is there, she’s amazing and keeps that crew accountable! Would go much more if I knew she was always there!

  Do not visit this location I always get the same order and tonight my order was $10 more I always order the same way. the team is very incompetent he argued with me and didn’t offer to correct it. I see why it’s a ** they said I got two bowls but I have one container. The cashier was rude just not a good look. We are the customer and I don’t see this being longevity because being rude and wrong always end up closing businesses every day. May not happen today or next year but it will happen if nothing changes.
