I ordered shake base in my coffee, I know it’s not a menu item however I have never been told “we don’t do that” I restated I didn’t want half and half because it seemed like she didn’t understand my request. I was told to just pull forward. Assuming my order was fine, I did that, after I got to the window I was called a different name, and red flagged. When asked my name, I gave it and was still called a different name. They didn’t add my coffee at all and when asked what the reason was, “we don’t have the nutritional value” which is a lie because the values of the drink are on the menu. I was asked if I wanted the drink added on without shake base, I said sure it’s fine. It was the only item I came for. Will not be coming back to this location I’d rather drive to red bank or literally any other location.

- KAKelly ArringtonJun 28, 20261.0We went to this location yesterday for lunch. Seating was very limited so we found a booth/chair combo seating area to have lunch, mu husband and I. There were children running wild and unattended and a worker was getting mac and cheese out of the floor as if there had been a food fight. We were going to eat and leave as we are an older couple. Well upon getting in car, my husband noticed I had some sort ketchup colored sauce all over my shirt and white pants. We had to cut our outing shirt and return home. Well we have treated and washed my outfit 2 times and it STILL has a stain. There was no way to see it on brown benches. Now I am out a while outfit it seems because people allow their small children to run wild. The store should try a little harder to make sure everyone can have a decent dining experience and not just those with wild and unruly children. I am person who takes care of my things and takes pride in looking nice and this experience ruined our outing and now has left me having to replace clothing that was practically brand new when we walked in. Next time I guess we will just have to eat in the car since this location seems to only value customers looking for a playground at a restaurant to babysit their kids and allows their kids to scatter food and everything wherever they want with no regard for others.

I had forgotten to add something to it and she was able to help me out and just made the overall takeout experience amazing. I live in Columbia but if I’m ever in Lexington and craving Chick Fil A I will definitely be back.
