  Karlee offered amazing service when making our bowl! The half spicy Harissa chicken bowl was amazing and so were the Harissa pita chips! 10/10

  So king and friendly here! Definitely my favorite restaurant. Nicole, Chinet, Bailey, and Dakota always make the best food, and Brandon just always overperforms my expectations!

  My first time at Cava was enjoyable but didn’t blow me away. I ordered the only vegetarian/vegan friendly signature bowl - the Falafel Crunch and asked for no feta. Unfortunately the person making my bowl completely ignored my request for no feta (I am dairy free) and since I had never been to Cava before I had no idea what their feta looked like (more of a dip than the feta chunks or crumbles I’m used to) so I couldn’t stop her from doing so as I watched my bowl get made. The person making my bowl was very sloppy in building the dish and it didn’t come out very visually appetizing but I was excited to try it. My first bite was a mouthful of the feta dip (at this point I thought it was some kind of hummus) so I took the bowl back to the cashier. The cashier was extremely friendly and accommodating and had the bowl remade by a different staff member who asked questions and took time and care in recreating the bowl. The bowl itself was pretty good but nothing to write home about. I would get it again if I was traveling or needed a quick filling meal. The falafel was different than what I’m used to and more reminiscent of a meatball than your traditional falafel. That being said I loved the veggies and lentils and I did feel great after eating the meal and full for the rest of the day!

  We went early so the food was fresh but what I had was kinda dry. The servers weren't super helpful. I told them I had not been there before so seemed annoyed by my questions and appeared to want to be anywhere but work. The place was clean (again we were early)and set up cute. The restroom was clean and well stocked. I think that the food vibe was good enough to warrant a second try but for the price not worth it for my money. My meal was $19 + some change just for a rice bowl. It's hard to know the add on pricing until you're at the register and you sure can't start over then!!
