  Great wings! Better than Carolina wings. Also they cook their wings in beef tallow which is way better

  I ordered teriyaki wings. They came drowned in sauce. To cover up the fact that they were burnt, I asked her to remake them or ask for something different. She said that they have a policy that they can’t take back food once order, which is stupid because why would I pay for food I’m not going to eat because you’re restaurant made it wrong

  Came in because multiple reviews across social media platforms all indicated that BWW has the best hamburgers around. So we came in to this location about 8pm and I will say that everyone was very polite and very attentive. We were greeted and seated quickly and having not been into a BWW in many years, inquired about the spicy chicken strippers as an appetizer before ordering 1 and for entrees we both had the bacon smashed hatched chile burger. Let me start with I prefer that my burgers be cooked medium to medium rare and that is not allowed at any Buffalo wild wings restaurant. That was disappointing. I was assured however that though they would be cooked too well done they would still be very juicy. They were not. Furthermore, being from New Mexico, I am very familiar with hatch green chile, hence the reason we were there to have that burger. I could taste very little hatch chile on my burger but lots of the pickled hot spicy peppers which are identical to the spicy peppers available on my Italian nightclub sandwich at Jimmy John's. The fries were good, the onion rings were decent, The chicken strippers were decent but the burger was disappointing. I did not think that we will be back as we prefer the Chili's burger which is much more customizable to be juicier and tastier.

  Ordered food from Buffalo Wild Wings last night and was very disappointed. The Mushroom & Swiss burger was messy & one item was missing from my order. They didn't put my salsa in the bag with my chips. I called the restaurant & was put on hold for over 15 minutes so I hung up. The employees should check the orders before giving them to the customers!!
