- HHHeather HarrisJun 21, 20265.0We came in on Father's Day to pick up a large to go order, 20 piece family meal. We showed up and the food wasnt quite ready yet. They said it was a big order so they just put the chicken in the fryer. We werent in a hurry so we patiently waited. The crew were constantly updating us on what we were still waiting on. We saw the huge line at the drive through when we walked in and they were slammed. However they still made us all of our food fresh, double checked that everything was in there before giving it to us, even every sauce packet was accounted for. They were very sweet and didnt seem at all frustrated with the large order that we placed during a very busy time of their day. The staff that was there at 12pm on Fathers day deserves all the praise.

They gave us two rices and no Mac and cheese so my boyfriend went back in and told them they said they put it in the box of our chicken again looked gave him the box to bring to them by the third time that they told him it’s in our bag I grabbed the whole bag brought it in and laid it all out to show them it wasn’t there, she then said well I put it in there basically telling us we took it out or something I’m irritated at this point and I said yall must’ve switched the rice and Mac and cheese on accident and she said no they did not. Absolutely crazy I don’t freak out over food or anything like that but to sit there and tell us we’re wrong after proving them wrong is wild.
