They forgot my utensils, and I was in a hurry and couldn't go back.

I ordered a Supreme kids meal (mashed potatoes and gravy side) with a sweet potato pie. The tenders were fresh and tasty. The mashed potatoes had white breakfast gravy on them instead of brown gravy. They didn't have sweet potato pies at the time and offered something else but I don't care for biscuits like that and was given a refund for the pie. I didn't discover the issue with the potatoes until after I made it home. The staff was friendly and accommodating to the issue I was aware of at the time. Better communication amongst the staff would have made my experience better.

I don’t know why I keep torturing myself by going back to this Bojangles, but it’s literally the same nightmare every single time I walk through the door. This isn’t a one-off bad day — this is their standard operating procedure. Every visit starts the same way: rude, disinterested employees who treat you like you’re interrupting their personal time. Cashiers turn their backs and literally walk away mid-order while you’re still talking. Yesterday the girl at the register sighed dramatically, rolled her eyes, and just wandered off to talk to her coworker without a word. When she came back she snapped “What?” like I was the problem. They lie about menu items constantly. “We’re out of Cajun chicken” — while the board says it’s available and I can see it in the warmer. “No biscuits left” at 10:30 in the morning. It’s ridiculous. They’d rather lie and make you reorder than actually serve what’s on the menu. The food is always cold. Every. Single. Time. Limp, soggy fries that taste like cardboard. Chicken that’s been sitting so long it’s rubbery on the outside and cold in the middle. Biscuits so dry they crumble into dust. Sweet tea that’s either watered down or sickeningly sweet with that weird chemical taste. And don’t get me started on the facility. It’s filthy every time — sticky floors that make your shoes peel when you walk, tables covered in old food and grease, bathrooms that look like they haven’t been cleaned in days. The whole place smells like old oil and despair. The manager is the worst part. She acts like every customer is a massive inconvenience. When I asked to speak with her about the cold food and rude service (again), she came out sighing and eye-rolling like I’d just asked her to solve world hunger. Zero accountability, zero apology, just “yeah whatever” energy. This level of terrible service, cold food, lies, dirty conditions, and rude attitudes happens every single time I go. I’ve given them multiple chances and it never gets better. I officially hate this Bojangles. Never going back. If you value your time, your money, and your dignity, avoid this place like the plague. There are a hundred better options — literally anywhere else is an upgrade.
