  Whoever was working drive thru today was not doing a good job at all. First she didnt even let me finish placing my order and kept telling me to pull to the window for my total. I had to finish ordering at the window. And then she wouldn't even give me my card back and kept walking away. When she told me to have a good one she still didnt hand me my card I had to ask her where my card was to even receive it back. This location needs to do better.

  Giving this a 1 star review because tonight I spoke to the restaurant today about an order I had previously before making a Togo order tonight through uber eats. The manager reassured me she would make sure personally the order was good Fast forward to getting my food, they sent 2 sandwiches thay were completely different than what was ordered. My 3 strip combo was a 1 1/2 strip combo with a cold mozzarella stick for the “3rd” strip. Not one Arby’s sauce in the bag (only sauce I ordered) and on top of that. I call back immediately after getting my order to get ignored for 5 calls, then when they finally answer… 15 mins before close the 2 managers were gone with only rude staff left there to close the store. They also closed the store 15 mins early, as when I called she said “they are closed and the manager left” theres nothing they can do. When I just spoke to the manager directly before making another order. Absolute joke of an Arby’s location and management. Even worse customer service by uber eats letting them get away with this. The girl who I spoke with right before ending was more worried about her Mac and cheese in the back being in her bag to take home than even hearing anything. They made sure their food was right after “close” but definitely not the customers. 40$ down the drain.

  Maaaaaan big guy had a attitude because he didn’t have change for my 100 bill…So I proceeded to go and get change and when I came inside to order my food the white guy I guess he is the manager had the same attitude smh….I mean if you don’t wanna work then find something else to do smh won’t be coming back if he’s taking orders!!!!! I mean it’s Arby’s dude smile and treat people with respect!!!
