    I asked my mom to go to this Arby’s to get my lunch today and the drive thru girl told her to wait outside for my order she waited for 20 minutes for my order in the hot sun around 5pm she went back to the drive thru after waiting and they informed her that they forgot her order then it came the general manager name Linet Davis and she make my mom day… offering her shakes for the waiting and make my mother so happy that I’m so glad and giving 5 stars to this manager for her customer service and like my mom say she didn’t accept a no for a shake or dessert for the waiting. We really appreciate her. Thanks linet!

    Showed up hour before closing had mobile order still took about 10 mins after the app said. When walking in one kid playing on phone in back and when getting food tried the new xl fries and they filled it a little above halfway. My half pound sandwich is the same size as my wife’s classic sandwich. Funny Arby’s says they have the meats need to change to Arby’s doesn’t give the meats.

    Me and my husband went here tonight we order a brisket sandwich and it was really burnt and bad, the manager name Lynn Davis walked to us to ask how was everything, I ask her to have a sit I inform her about my bad experience, she was so nice, worried and care that she apologize and ran to the kitchen and make me another one really good. We need more people like her with a great service and friendly.

    Guy taking orders when we came was rude and not welcoming at all. Felt like I was bothering him for taking my order. Place is nice and food is good but that person to person experience was not good. Couldn't say thank you or anything. Guy needs some manners. 05/07/26 at 1 p.m

    Great Arby's, fast and friendly. Only issue I see is closing time appears to be whenever they feel its time to close. Have been in the drive-thru twice now, with 10 or more minutes to go, and get an automated "sorry, we're closed". I dont get off work until late, and frustrating when you hear that, with not much around I can get to and still be open.
