- TSThe G Stimman2 days ago1.0so, this is Sunday 10/4/26. I'm done with this Bo's location in Laurens, SC. @at the drive-thru Fri evening sat there 15 min with 2 cars ahead of me. When I got to the speaker, was told to hold a a sec, that turned into 10min. when I pulled around to window, 3 cars were sitting there still waiting. Didin't move again for another 15min. At the window the order had been taken wrong. Waited for clerk to make the correction. Drove home 20 min away, Was missing an xtra side order of white gravy, the supremes were so overcooked the roof of my mouth was tore up and hurt, plus it must have been the last batch b4 cooking more because they were all have sizes, and I was given 8 pcs. My order was a 5pc supreme combo. This order Fri nite was well over $25. Stopped in again Sat nite, one car ahead in the drive-thru, still sat there good while till moving up. When I did was told to hold for another period of time. Should have just left then, but waited till I ordered and pulled on around. 3 cars sitting in the line, and a 4th one had pulled up to side door awaiting their order, so that's 4. After 10 min made my decision to leave again. They truly have an issue needing addressed. There's another Bo's north of me pretty much the same distance away. I'll be going there.

As they all was standing round talking and laughing , one went to start filling online orders and another started filling a pick up order.. We waited several more mins and they still talking and totally ignored us. . Not sure how this should over ride a actual physical person standing in your store ? So I give your stores service today a one star.

I had already ordered and paid through the app. I walked in and there was a man waiting to make an order. No employee in sight except for the drive through window. We waited 5 minutes, nothing. The man called out too see if anyone would come, the the employees we could see did EVERYTHING they could to avoid eye contact. The man got no answer and left angrily. I saw someone bagging up my order, so I asked for it. At first I thought I was being ignored, then the employer picked up my order and handed it to me while looking completely away. That was service. Now for the restaurant. It was disgusting. Food prep area was a mess. The dining area was full of dirty tables. The soda area had red soda spilled all over and there was a napkin stuck in it. Floors were filthy. The manager was more worried about having caller ID than managing a crew that didn't want to be there in the first place. This is the third and final time in 12 years I'll try this Bojangles location. They should just shut it down if they can't find anyone decent to manage and work the place

Came bk and the manager was very rude telling us we could not just get free food. BUT WE WAS ONLY WANTING WHAT WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR AND BC THEY WERE CLOSED BY THE TIME WE GOT HOME TO SEE ( it was almost closing time then). Worst ever manager!!!!!!
