(Was NOTIFIED BY APP it was ready, but wasn't even started!) Everyone is standing around when I walked in yapping amongst themselves, and nothing is being cleaned or made, food wise. There was only one other family when I got here. Fire the whole crew and start again. A face lift for NO REASON. It's STILL TRASH.
