  Called in at 4:34. They said delivery was at 4:54. By 5:30 we had called two more times and still no pizza . We ended up canceling our order. The guy showed up at 5:45 . Who what’s an old cold pizza that’s been riding around for an hour and half. I’ll call Papa John’s or Domino’s

  Pizza Hut has always been a go-to for us for pizza nights but this location is inefficient and unpredictable. Orders sent in app and not received, as well as orders confirmed and then canceled without notification. Perhaps an app update so customers are notified when orders are canceled.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Pizza Hut! The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. Every bite tasted like it was made with care. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the exceptional customer service from the General Manager, Zechariah Rodney. She was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It's clear she takes pride in providing a great experience for every customer. Outstanding food, outstanding service, and a well-run restaurant. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone looking for great food and top-notch hospitality!

  I’m a regular at this location as my 4 year old loves the pizza. Usually the service and food quality is good, but this time instead of the breadsticks I ordered, I received this strange concoction. I can’t tell what it’s supposed to be as it doesn’t look like anything from the menu, and seeing as it was partially eaten/missing parts I didn’t venture to taste test it.

  Well I ordered a large supreme speciality pizza because they were out of original pan. I called because the Pizza Hut app mentioned they were out of original crust. I ordered cheesy crust and 8:29pm on Friday. They said it would be there in 25 to 35min. I received a text that door dash was taking care of the delivery. There was never a pizza delivered and absolutely no phone call to a text. My employee friend has his car in the shop and surely didn’t eat after 12 hours of working. No pizza on Friday night. Wow!
