  Food is decent, I order from this place every weekend. When they deliver it themselves it is ok, but most of the time they use Door Dash. My pizza is almost always cold by the time it gets delivered.

  Frequent this location often because I live a few minutes away, never the type to leave negative reviews but I just pre ordered cheese-sticks, when I came in a guy waiting at the counter told me he had been waiting for 10 minutes and there’s nobody in the store. I looked towards the back and there were tickets on the screen not started, and I saw legs in the back of the kitchen. I went back to my friends car, not knowing what to do, I called the Clover location to speak to a manager because I was about to jump back there and see if the employee was alright, at this point another uber eats driver was walking in and we explained to her what was going on, while the Clover manager was assisting me, 30 seconds later, the chair moves and about a minute after the employee gets up from his visible sleep and completely out of it, he told me it would be 10 minutes until my order is complete. I stepped outside and the Clover manager offered to reach out to corporate for me to see what could be done, and the employee said that he cancelled my order so it wouldn’t charge my card, I was waiting 40 minutes at this point. 5 stars to the Clover location, 1 star to this location for my experience today.

  These disgusting over baked garlic parmesan bread sticks made me loose my hunger as soon as I saw them there was obviously no garlic or parmesan on them unless it burned off ugh these were terrible I couldn't stand looking at them because it turned my stomach just looking at them I just moved here from Arizona and when I found a papa John's I got so excited so I ordered a pizza and garlic parmesan bread sticks less than satisfactory I of course ate the pizza but I really wanted the garlic parmesan bread sticks so my experience was so terrible I will never order from that papa John's again my mom was much more forgiving than I was as she ate one and said I thought these were garlic parmesan bread sticks I said that's what I ordered but that's not what we got
