  Frequent this location often because I live a few minutes away, never the type to leave negative reviews but I just pre ordered cheese-sticks, when I came in a guy waiting at the counter told me he had been waiting for 10 minutes and there’s nobody in the store. I looked towards the back and there were tickets on the screen not started, and I saw legs in the back of the kitchen. I went back to my friends car, not knowing what to do, I called the Clover location to speak to a manager because I was about to jump back there and see if the employee was alright, at this point another uber eats driver was walking in and we explained to her what was going on, while the Clover manager was assisting me, 30 seconds later, the chair moves and about a minute after the employee gets up from his visible sleep and completely out of it, he told me it would be 10 minutes until my order is complete. I stepped outside and the Clover manager offered to reach out to corporate for me to see what could be done, and the employee said that he cancelled my order so it wouldn’t charge my card, I was waiting 40 minutes at this point. 5 stars to the Clover location, 1 star to this location for my experience today.

  There was almost zero topping on a 3 topping pizza. I guess that’s how they save money when they offer specials.

  Ordered a large three item Pizza. Burnt crust, very few toppings. Also got a 15-piece boneless chicken wings. Wings were wrapped in foil barely any wing sauce on them. Wings look like they were put in the foil and then wing sauce was doubled over the top. Very dissatisfied.

  Always good. Sometimes a little slow on delivery to my home but that might be due to distance. Here is why they are winners. Excellent customer service. A week or so ago I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza along with some other stuff. When the pizza arrived it was missing the buffalo sauce. So I called to ask for some buffalo sauce to be delivered. The employee that answered the phone was energetic and kind. He apologized and stated that as soon as the delivery guy got back they would send him right back out with the sauce. He offered me a free pizza on my next phone order as well which was unexpected and a pleasant surprise. He went above and beyond. So I waited for my sauce. When the delivery driver arrived he had the sauce and a free brownie. So two unexpected "gifts" for one very simple mistake. Thank you Papa John's. I am about to call for my free pizza!
