  There was an employee named Savion and he asked me a “question of the day” while quickly getting my food prepared it was overall a wonderful time and customer service I’ll definitely be asking for him next time I’m in

  This place needs to seriously work on the cleanliness. Stoped by the other day and I was the only customer there, not busy at all and the tables, floors, glass everything was so dirty. There was black stuff around the juice machines and trash cans overfilled. As much as I love chipotle it will be my last time there.

  Kind of a 50/50 shot of having a good experience. Ordered pick up this past time and got white rice instead of brown and cheese instead of guac(which you pay extra) for. Had to go grab a cup for the drink included too. When something is written down and the customer is not staring at you as you prepare the order, I have little patience for a lack of confirmation

  Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. In Lake Wylie The food was not even cooked when we arrived, and we had to wait for it to be prepared. We expected our food to be ready on time, but instead we were left waiting. Poor preparation and poor service, employees were in a bad mood ! I would not return.

  Dear Chipotle in the beautiful city of Clover, South Carolina, First of all… THANK YOU. 🙌🏾 Thank you for welcoming me with open arms as I entered your establishment today. I knew something was different the moment I pulled into the parking lot. I saw people walking out with BIG smiles on their faces. 🌯😁 People were HAPPY. People were FULL. People looked like they had just experienced something SUPERNATURAL. And I said to myself, “Lord… is this what Chipotle is supposed to feel like?” 😂 Because after my experiences at certain locations in Gastonia, North Carolina, I wasn’t sure anymore. 😭 Then I walked through the doors of the Clover location, and suddenly… “WELCOME TO CHIPOTLE!” A SMILE. A GREETING. VINAGRETTE. I almost fell out. 😂😂😂 I felt like I had just walked into church and the greeters were standing at the door saying, “Good morning, brother! We’re so glad you made it today!” 🙏🏾 Then I proceeded down the line… And guess what? THEY HAD EVERYTHING. Chicken? ✅ Veggies? ✅ Corn? ✅ Black beans? ✅ VINAIGRETTE?!? PRAISE THE LORD! 🙌🏾😂 But what really got me was the STAFF. There was somebody cooking chicken. 🍗 Somebody keeping the supplies stocked. Somebody actually looking like they wanted to be at work. 😂 Nobody looked like I had personally ruined their day by asking for a side of vinaigrette. Nobody disappeared into the back when I said, “Can I get some vinaigrette?” 😭 Nobody looked at me like I had just asked them to personally grow the cilantro. THIS… was customer service. This was hospitality. This was Chipotle ministry. 🙏🏾🌯 So I would like to officially announce: I AM NOW A FAN OF THE CLOVER, SOUTH CAROLINA CHIPOTLE. As a matter of fact, I’m willing to make the drive. Why? Because apparently if I want vinaigrette, great service, hot food, stocked ingredients, and a SMILE, I need to cross state lines. 😂😂😂 Clover Chipotle, you have restored my faith. You didn’t just give me a burrito bowl today. You gave me hope. 10/10. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Clover, South Carolina — I will see you again. Because when the vinaigrette is flowing and the workers are smiling… EVERYBODY WINS. 🌯🏆😂
