Placed a mobile order to pick up here while passing through on a road trip. The app said that it would be ready in about five minutes, which would've been 12:15pm. We waited and waited in the lobby intending to eat inside, but my two kids lost their patience so my husband took them out to the car. I noticed that the app said that my order was ready at 12:15pm which was exactly our estimated time, but the food was nowhere in sight. Around 12:30pm an employee offered to get our drinks ready, but since they were out of drink carriers, I carried the drinks out to the car and returned to wait more for the food. Finally around 12:45pm our food was ready.
I suspect that they are marking orders ready in the system to try to keep their metrics good, but I can promise you that every single order waited an extraordinary amount of time. The lobby was completely empty except for another person waiting too long for their food. The drive thru lane wasn't full and it seemed every car had to pull up to wait. Another mobile order was waiting parked for a very long time, too. I'm not sure what the issue is and I'm generally really patient, but I'm not okay with waiting 30 minutes for a pre-placed order at a fast food restaurant.
Pros:
It is a restaurant.
The bathroom and lobby were clean.
Our order was made correctly.
Cons:
Super long wait time with no communication.
Food was just meh.
Drink machine was low on syrup.

The new menu is lit. I got the catina crunchy taco and substituted beef instead of chicken and it was delicious, the street chalupas and I didn't care for the flavors and they are a little pricey. I order those two items and a large drink and it was over $15.00 , I was shocked I've never had to spend that much on a meal for myself.

. I explicitly said no beans, but they still put them in. They repeated my order, which was two five-dollar boxes with no beans, but my order still had beans on it. This is a common issue where people complain that they’re not getting what they pay for.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this Taco Bell. I placed my order online approximately 20 minutes before arriving, expecting it to be ready or at least close to ready when I got there. Instead, I was told to pull around and wait.
The real issue is that there appears to be no system in place for checking in customers who are waiting. Cars are simply being told to pull around, and then they’re left sitting there for extended periods of time with little to no communication. I ended up waiting over 30 additional minutes after arriving, meaning my “fast food” order took nearly an hour from the time it was placed.
What’s even more frustrating is watching other vehicles come through and leave while you’re still sitting there wondering if your order has been forgotten. If wait times are running that far behind, customers should at least be informed and given realistic expectations.
Online ordering is supposed to save time, not add more of it. Management needs to address the lack of communication and improve the process for handling mobile orders and parked vehicles. This experience was unacceptable.
