  Daughter wanted to grab Dunkin on our way down 378, this was the closest in front of us. What a great surprise, extremely clean and well stocked Dunkin with very pleasant and energetic staff. Enjoyed our short experience, I even was lucky to try a coffee on the house! We will definitely save this stop for our next trip. Thanks Nick

  Just left Dunkin in Lake City (11:30 on 4/25/26) and the guy working the drive thru was super nice. We ordered a coffee and a lemonade refresher. He stopped us before we pulled off and said he wanted us to try a different drink so he made a small refresher with coconut and it is delicious! It tastes like summer in a cup. We didn’t get his name but he was awesome. We had heard bad things about the service at that Dunkin but the employee working there changed our whole perspective. So, thank you to him! We will be going back for that banana mango refresher!

  The staff at this location is a joke! The girl working the drive thru wanted to argue about my name… that’s right, MY NAME! I get it, customer service sucks everywhere for the most part. It’s sad.

  Went to the drive thru to buy my girls some ice cream as I ordered I was told the ice cream side was closed due to low staffing. As I pull off I’m the only car there and one of the employees is sitting outside at the table with a headset on with 2 other employees inside so I’m not sure how many people it takes to make a couple ice cream cones but I would think between the three of them they could make something happen just my opinion

  Their coffee is great and the staff at this location works really hard. I pick up deliveries from here a lot and they are always nice to me and stay super busy.
