The store’s digital inventory system is fundamentally broken. On my most recent visit, I specifically checked the app at 5:00 AM, saw the cinnamon rolls listed as available, and placed a mobile order for a 7:00 AM pickup. Upon arrival, I was told they were not available again, despite waiting for availability and placing order via the mobile app. I tried reaching out to contact someone through the app and was given a generic 'order adjustment' email stating they 'had not made them yet.' It is unacceptable for a business to allow customers to pay for items that the store has no intention of producing or stocking. Despite multiple attempts to address this with local management, there has been no improvement in communication or operational transparency. If you value your time and want a reliable breakfast, I highly recommend finding a different bakery. This location consistently misrepresents its product availability, leading to wasted time and unnecessary frustration for customers.
