- LGLexis GJun 12, 20261.0To Whom It May Concern, On June 11, 2026, I purchased Gain detergent after seeing it displayed behind a sale sign showing a price of $9.99. I even took a video of the display before placing the item in my cart. After checking out, I noticed the detergent rang up at $16.99 instead of the advertised price. I went to Customer Service and spoke with an employee named DJ. After reviewing the situation and seeing the display, she acknowledged that the product I purchased was stocked behind the $9.99 sale sign but refused to honor the price, stating the sign was intended for a different item. I explained that customers rely on shelf displays and should not be responsible for determining whether merchandise has been stocked in the wrong location. A manager later became involved and understood my concern, but due to the poor customer service and attitude I received from DJ, I chose to return my entire purchase of approximately $278. To make matters worse, my debit card refund has not yet been returned to my account, preventing me from using those funds to shop elsewhere. I was also told I would receive a callback from management on June 12, but I have not received one. I am disappointed by the way this situation was handled and would appreciate a review of both the pricing issue and the customer service I received. Sincerely, Alexis G
