  We have purchased here several times with good food and great service. On our most recent experience we opted for delivery. When it arrived, one of the pizzas had the wrong toppings. I called the store, and he made us a new pizza and had it sent out to us quickly. It was an example of customer service at it's best!!

  I ordered pickup from the app, said it was done. Went to pick up not done, in oven. When I said something to the young lady behind the counter the "manager" Kevin came over and snapped at me " is there a problem here" then proceeded to turn his back on me and walk away. Pizza came out of oven, put in box then tossed on counter. No apologies for being late, the behavior towards me, nothing. This was the Domino's on College Park road in shopping center with Burger King. I will not be going to Domino's there or any other ones. Their customer service sucks. If I hadn't prepaid for pizza I would have thrown on the floor and told him where to put it. Plus I had my grandson with me so I wanted to show him how to handle difficult circumstances respectfully. But oh I wanted to wipe that smirk off that man's face.

  The manager Kevin had a terrible attitude towards me immediately. The poor delivery driver just kept apologizing. I place a large order ahead of time and payed with card over phone. When they delivered it, said it wasn't paid ! Some how they didn't put the numbers in right or something. BUT THEY NEVER LET ME KNOW ! I didn't have any cash. I had to borrow some from my kid . But the main issue was no one let me know it wasn't paid for when they tried to process the payment. The manager right away was like unbelievable a jerk about . He didn't sound like someone I should trust that my order wasn't paid . The driver was very nice . The older gentleman who took my payment days prior was nice. But Kevin , the one who supposedly tried to process the payment, never bothered calling me to verify the information or tell me anything. I asked him several times what's the last 4 digits of the cars number he used but he said he didn't know . 🤔 so how did he put in if he didn't know ! So weird. I'm still trying to pull up all my transactions and make sure I didn't pay twice.
