  The manager Kevin had a terrible attitude towards me immediately. The poor delivery driver just kept apologizing. I place a large order ahead of time and payed with card over phone. When they delivered it, said it wasn't paid ! Some how they didn't put the numbers in right or something. BUT THEY NEVER LET ME KNOW ! I didn't have any cash. I had to borrow some from my kid . But the main issue was no one let me know it wasn't paid for when they tried to process the payment. The manager right away was like unbelievable a jerk about . He didn't sound like someone I should trust that my order wasn't paid . The driver was very nice . The older gentleman who took my payment days prior was nice. But Kevin , the one who supposedly tried to process the payment, never bothered calling me to verify the information or tell me anything. I asked him several times what's the last 4 digits of the cars number he used but he said he didn't know . 🤔 so how did he put in if he didn't know ! So weird. I'm still trying to pull up all my transactions and make sure I didn't pay twice.

  Awful customer service….i ordered pizzas at 9:20 pm and didn’t receive them until 1:30 am. The next day I received an email that said they were going to send me a coupon I could redeem because the service was not what it was supposed to be (I didn’t event complain at the time). When I did try to redeem 2 managers one named Kevin would not acknowledge it and said I should reach out to corporate. They sent me the offer and would not allow me to redeem it. See below. Awful customer service with no resolution.

  I order delivery from here once in a while every time I do it's late or somethings missing they gave me a deal to use that I can't even redeem at the store and when I tried to call several times no one picked up foods good though
