- KMKiersy Mhley1 day ago2.0Sat in the chipotle drive through for 40 mins, sat at the WINDOW NO ONE CAME TO IT for 20 mins to talk to me and tell me to wait. They just ignored me and kept going. This is the only chipotle lane that I’ve been too where it was like this. I even honked to get their attention and they kept ignoring me. The manager was in the back the whole time as well and didn’t say anything, she obviously is fine with this. Chipotle needs to get this location under control. This is ridiculous. Not a very friendly or welcoming environment
- JHJoshua Hindman3 days ago1.0Never order from this place. At least not online. Placed an order 20 minutes before pickup. Then proceeded to stand and wait for 40 minutes to get my order. Best bet is to enter the store and hopefully go through the line. If you're lucky they're not out of things. Standing in the lobby with no less than a dozen people all waiting on orders. They should be ashamed of themselves and not take mobile orders or anything else if they can't handle them.

- MBMary BurgessAug 1, 20261.0My daughter ate there last night and got horrific food poisoning. She puts very few ingredients on her bowl so it was either the carnitas or the sour cream. It seems that their food handling practices are poor or they’re using expired ingredients. Not good for a brand new restaurant to already be having these issues. Might want to look at retraining everyone and looking at best practices to ensure this doesn’t become a regular thing.
- CCCadenJul 30, 20261.0Ordered a steak burrito and the lady making my food closed my burrito before i even finished saying all of the topping and one of the managers in the back said “how are you doing on beans” and the person up front said “eew” not gonna lie that freaked me out anyways I get home open the burrito soggy and falling apart literally just a glob of beans a minimal portions I guess we are rationing not gonna lie was super hyped because of a nearby chipotle do not plan on coming back
