  DO NOT GO HERE. Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Waited an HOUR for food that was supposed to be ready. Ordered at 5:35pm pickup was 6:20pm, and they hadn’t even started it when I arrived. I asked 3 times and didn’t get my food until 7:20pm AN HOUR LATE. Got to my car and it was COLD??? ARE WE SO FOREAL. 😭 And this is the SECOND time this has happened. Last time I waited 40 minutes past pickup. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again.

  Stopped in for a takeout order, the staff were fast, friendly, and I enjoyed my lunch. Thank you!

  I come here once a week or every other week for lunch and it’s usually great. I stopped yesterday on the way home from work and grabbed two chicken bowls & they were both terrible. (My man didn’t even want me to go here since his first time was terrible as well) I was hoping this would change his mind. First, if we are paying extra for guacamole STOP putting the smallest amount. She barely put any on the spoon and slapped it down to make it less.. I hate complaining but it comes to a point, especially when you’re PAYING EXTRA for it. The corn salsa looked and tasted like it was made wrong (I always ask for extra bc I usually love it) . The chicken didn’t taste good, the bowl just didn’t have a good flavor . It was a very disappointing trip.

  Can yall get someone competent behind the counter to wrap burritos? Almost never put enough in the burrito and they CANNOT wrap one absolute mess everytime. Also chips are always stale and soda are always a bit and miss on whether they're out or not. EDIT- An employee was happy to help me out and got me a new burrito that he rolled personally to make sure it was good. Slightly redeemed this chipotle for me.

  Kelly Coker I was gonna email you this information but it would not work. My name is Ami Lee and I work for SC BHDD-OIDD. After work I stopped by Chipotle I ordered approximately 49.00 dollars worth of tacos. I have to tell you I was disappointed about the way the restaurant looks. Where the food was flies were flying around. Dried food was around the containers of food. The glass was very dirty around the display. I LOVE CHIPOTLE!!! SO PLEASE HAVE your staff do a better job cleaning at least every hour and stirring food for freshness. Thank you, A TRUE LOVER OF CHIPOTLE!!!
