    So I went tonight at 9pm, order 3 burritos and chips/queso. They were out of tomatoes, cheese, honey chicken, sour cream. Then the manager had the audacity to give me a bag of chips without queso for free. Like are you serious? New management needed. This is a new Chipotle, how are you out of food almost 2 hrs before you close. Horrible.

    I was excited to try this location since it just opened about a week ago, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I placed a mobile order ahead of time and still ended up waiting nearly 45 minutes in drive thru. They were completely out of chips during my visit and on top of that, the portion sizes were much smaller than expected compared to other Chipotle locations.For a brand-new store, I expected better preparation and customer service. Hopefully management can address these issues and improve operations because the current experience does not meet the standard I expect from Chipotle. If you have not gone yet to this location don’t waste your time. I will not be going back to this location.

    I stopped in on 6/16 at about 2pm. No one greeted as i walked in. Fine. There was about a total of 4 employees there plus im thinking the manager as well. I waited about 10 minutes before someone would serve me because the girl making the food was also working the register…. Why when theres 4 other people idk. She finished up ringing the woman in front of me and proceeded to make my burrito with the same gloves she rung this person up with. I had to ask her to change her gloves… crazy. Then the tall employee behind her kept complaining and saying “dang yall need more rice and steak? I just made yall some”. You have to ask for extra everything because they give such small portions. They also didn’t have any sour cream which is crazy. I think all the chipotles in the area are going down hill and this brand new one proves it.

    So this place is opened up less than a week ago not even And I’m waiting in line while I ask one of the guys who is the cook I assume If there will be any more steak because there was no steak left, plus the rice was completely almost empty(brown) He told me that there is no more I came in at 3:20 PM not even halfway through the day yet and you tell me no there is no more plus you have been open less than a week only a few days that is unacceptable. Every day should be treated like the CEO is gonna walk through the door. You should have everything on the line stocked also even halfway which nothing was stocked halfway. Well, I was also in line. I overheard some of the employees talking about how they have been there since 5 AM or if you’ve been there since 5 AM why are things out out of stock already. Maybe we need to close and reopen when we have employees ready to work

    I had such a great experience at the Chipotle on Ladson Road. One thing that really stood out to me was seeing the care and attention the team puts into food safety and cleanliness. Also, I appreciated seeing the screening process employees go through before entering into the kitchen at the beginning of their shift—it gave me a lot of confidence in how seriously they take health standards and protecting customers. Beyond that, the staff was professional, efficient, and welcoming, and my order was fresh, portions ample and made exactly how I wanted it. It’s reassuring to see a restaurant that values both customer experience and behind-the-scenes standards. Great job to the team! This is now preferred Chipotle location.
