  Actually robbed me dollar wise, ordered nuggets was given 1 taco 8$ for 1 taco Terrible service worst Taco Bell in existence

  I placed an online order and arrived to the restaurant 2 hours before closing. There was one car in line before me, I have been in line for 30 minutes I’m not sure if the workers were hiding in the back or if they just don’t care. I would never recommend someone to come to this location.

  Maybe this review will get someone's attention but I went to the drive thru window and I saw "hanna" the nice, sweet lady at the window being yelled at and berated by one of her employees. I asked her if I needed to call the police because that man was refusing to leave after cussing her out. I just wanted my burrito and taco and I had to listen to him screaming at her trying to be a problem. Not cool tacobell. This isnt the first time ive seen her employees be cruel and mean to her at this time of night. Cussing her out, refusing to help her or she is the only one making food. I hope this reaches someone that can help the situation but you need better employees. She gives me a drink and slushie after I heard the argument. His name is twin. I was glad to hear her standing up to him telling him to leave. But she shouldn't be treated this way. Im a regular at this location as well so I hope this does some good for her.

  I get it now ... I know it's late... But who orders a bowl and only gets lettuce... There is a reason this places score is so low... The wheel is spinning but the hamster is dead.

  Very nice establishment HOWEVER....they forgot the rice in my husband's cantina bowl! I am quite sad that this happened for him. They weren't even busy tonight.
