Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Nothing was made nothing was prepared even though it showed me in the Whataburger app that it was ready. Nobody had any clue what was going on in the building. They asked if I were three different names including a doordash name. I could have just took off with anybody's food. I use to come here all the time and now it is just flat out horrible trying to get your food.

I get my bacon and cheese Whataburger with an extra patty and extra slice of pepper jack cheese plus grilled onions, grilled jalapeños, bbq sauce and a toasted bun and extra mustard- because I like mustard on the burger. Every time I’ve come here they made it just the way I ordered and every ingredient was fresh and excellent. People who hate on Whataburger don’t understand the concept of Whataburger. It’s a Texas based family owned franchise with a mustard based burger as its default setting. If you want ketchup and mayo as a default go to Burger King and get a whopper. I’ll take my Whataburger every single time .
