  While the people working the drive through were friendly, that's where all praise stops. When I got home June 4 I went to cut my burger in half with a steak knife and the bun was so stale it wouldn't cut. I sent in a complaint on the website and asked for a refund or replacement and all I got back for over two weeks was the same "download our app and receive a free item with purchase!" I've emailed 3 times and that's the only response, which is unacceptable. This company is horrible.

  There was not bad but they could do a little bit more better their food is delicious. It says they need to make changes to some of their errors like having credit cards, not available and having to use cash until we ask them to bring like a machine to have them scan are credit card 💳 that’s they only accepted cash at the time there milkshakes is delicious. It’s just they can make it less thick. And their tater tots are so good. So overall, I liked how that you can go through a drive-through and go inside your order instead of just always going to the drive-in. Like if someone needed to go to the bathroom, they can go instead of just waiting longer to get back home to use the bathroom. 🚽 so overall it’s not that bad but they could do better 4 stars.

  I didn't catch the name of who was working the drive-thru window at 3:10 pm on 6/2/2026 but she did an incredible job. Friendly, communicated clearly, kind. Service was great, food tastes amazing and was served at the correct temperatures. Will be back.
