Pizza Hut has completely went down hill now! The pizza, pasta, wings, everything was soooooo hard I almost broke my tooth/teeth, as I felt slight movement in many! I used to enjoy this place so much as a child, now I am DONE! It’s completely ridiculous to spend almost $40 here & could barely eat food!

They can never get the correct items on the pizza . They are incapable of baking a deep dish pizza without the middle being raw dough. The pizzas are cold if you are not there when it comes right out. The one on bush river road was the best on this side of town but they closed that one. They are always out of a topping. Poor management!

I ordered 5 pizzas and Cinnabons and fries, they forgot one whole pizza and messed one up completely. So I called I let them know we were missing a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and messed up another one, 2 hrs go by and they still send us the wrong pizzas. The employee named Leterra had a major attitude and was rude the entire time I called the first time and when they sent the wrong pizza a second time I didn’t see the point in calling back just to get more attitude. The pizza we did receive was cold and horrible!!!! By far the worst pizza ever!! Do not recommend spending your money at this location!!!

I have ordered from St Andrews Rd location for years, Even after the one on Dutch Fork Rd opened. ( There were delivery boundary issues). Today is the last time I will EVER order from this location again. I was missing part of my order so, I attempted to call about it. I was hung up on the first two attempts and on the third attempt I sat on hold for fifteen minutes. At this point I decided to take my reciept and go to the store to get a refund. I voice my frustration with being hung up on and then sitting on hold. I ask for a refund and am told they no longer do refunds but will "put a credit on my Pizza Hut account ". Frustrated, I decided to wait for the missing item to be made. I informed them that I will not be ordering or returning to this store. I don't think they even care.
