During the day this place is awesome. Had a terrible experience with a woman claiming to be the manager named Amber. Long story short she has the worst customer service Ive had locally in years. Attitude was despicable and acted like it was a problem that I was asking her to do the bare minimum required for her job. Her default position was just to try to be aggressive and then try to gaslight me saying I was being aggressive. No compassion for the customer, no desire to actually interact with customers. I won't be using this location again, and I'd recommend others do the same as I don't want anyone to have to deal with her. So any and all stars in the review go to the employees that have to put up with this woman because if she treats customers this way I can only imagine how she treats her employees.

I used to dread going to the grocery store, but since moving to Irmo, that has completely changed. One of the biggest reasons is Charlene! Charlene is truly a fabulous asset to this store. She is always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. There are many times when her checkout line is longer than the others, but I honestly don’t mind waiting because I would rather have Charlene take care of me! She is so personable and welcoming and always makes me feel like more than just another customer—she treats me like family. Employees like Charlene are what make a store special, and I hope she knows how much she is appreciated!
