Decent product, unfortunately slower than Dunkin’ Donuts, which says a lot because I never believed anyone could be slower than Dunkin’ Donuts. And considering it’s more expensive for the equivalent drink that I would get from Starbucks, you would think that I wouldn’t be at risk of falling asleep in the line waiting to be able to place my order.

Sunday afternoon, 5:00 p.m. nobody is taking orders at the drive-thru until you get to the window. There is a guy taking your order at the window that is wearing a safety jacket and has a wireless pad, why is he not outside taking orders as you approach the building so that they are ready when your turn is at the window so instead everybody is placing their orders as they arrive at the window and waiting at the window for their drinks. You cannot make this stuff up

Sllloooooooooowweeest Dutch Bros that I have ever been to. And they have someone out here taking orders at people's cars while apparently no one is inside making the drinks! So you can't even leave because they already made you order and pay and you are stuck sitting in the car line for 30 minutes! Yeesh!

Riley was super great and gave an awesome drink recommendation. She went the extra mile to take care of me and help me find a drink I enjoyed.
