  I was home in Florida here recently, and my daughter convinced me to try Dutch Bros and I have to say I am totally in love. I believe I have one opening in our town in Newberry, South Carolina and I so hope that is true. The customer service at the store in Gainesville, Florida that I received was exceptional as well.

  Genuinely not worth the wait if the line is wrapped around the building, like it always is… The cold brew had a weird, unpleasant twang to it, wasn’t much nitro to the nitro cold brew, and obviously the wait time is excruciatingly long. The chorizo wrap was really good though, may be back for that IF the line isn’t ridiculously long.

  The five stars are for Charlotte and Charlotte only... it was the morning rush and she was by herself ... and she was not only so freaking so sweet but ROCKED the morning rush. And my drink was still made right and banging. Dutch bros do better and get people in your shop. 1 person for the morning is crazy. You're my favorite coffee place I've been waiting years to get here in SC and this location is putting a bad taste in my mouth.

  Apparently this location will make my favorite drink 4 different ways. I love the hopscotch protein zerosugar mocha and the store in lexington gets it right every time. Here sadly, 4 different visits, 4 different drinks. I will say my fiance and her dulche de Leche or golden eagle are always perfect. Im guessing the ui on the iPad is confusing causing them to input the drinks differently if not experienced. Knowing its a newer location as are all in sc, im not to upset. Im sure it will be sorted out soon. Just disappointing to spend 8 or so bucks for drink that doesnt have that pizzaz.

  I’m honestly pretty irritated about this. I stopped by Dutch Bros expecting a quick drink run, and it took 30 minutes for two drinks. That’s not a small delay, that’s half an hour just sitting there wondering what’s going on. There wasn’t even a clear reason for it. The line wasn’t moving, no updates, no sense of urgency. If you’re going to have people waiting that long, at least communicate or keep things moving. It felt disorganized and way slower than it should be for a place built around quick service. The drinks were fine, but at that point it didn’t even matter. When you spend that much time waiting, it kind of ruins the whole experience. I like Dutch Bros, but this visit made me seriously rethink coming back anytime soon.
