- MVMadison VolpeApr 22, 20261.0I have frequented this store for a year, but after my experience this morning, I will no longer be a customer. The service at this location is consistently poor. Whether using the drive-thru or going inside, the wait times are excessive—often 10 to 20 minutes just to be acknowledged at the speaker or counter. Even mobile orders are rarely ready on time. The situation today, however, was unacceptable. Upon taking a sip of my coffee, I discovered a bug inside the cup. When I opened the lid, I also found lint and debris on the ice. This lack of hygiene, combined with poor management and long wait times, is why I can no longer support this establishment. I hope you will look into the management and sanitary conditions of this specific location to ensure other customers do not have the same experience. Good thing they opened a Dutch bros way better people at the store.

I know how this should taste because I ordered this EXACT item at a Dunkin on Two Notch Road yesterday morning before I packed up and moved to this side of town. Thought I’d spend the money and order it again because of how good it was from the Two Notch Rd’s location and instead my first coffee in my new home is this hot crap. Guess I’ll try to get at least my coffee set up and items ready to have my own coffee again tomorrow morning as my number 1 priority unpacking because I don’t trust giving my money to store number 358804 location 1131 Dutch Fork Road Irmo, South Carolina 29063 again!
