  I pulled up to this lovely new established knowing that my food would be perfect. My To go orders were made completely wrong and they were out of veggies and did not tell my my order was incomplete. I asked for extra cheese and lettuce and it barely had both on them. It appeared that the staff was more focused on cleaning up to close around 9 o clock than having the proper amount of food supply. Manager Jackie was kinda rude as well and seem not to care if I was satisfied. Whatever she did made the employee laugh. I assumed she rolled her eyes when she turned her back. I was very disappointed last night. Do better, I’ve never had a bad experience like this at chipotle! The food can be so great when it’s done right. :(

  I like Chipotle overall, and the food is usually fresh and tastes great, which is why I keep coming back. However, one issue that consistently disappoints me is the chips. Almost every time I order them, they’re stale. It’s become so common that I don’t even expect them to be fresh anymore. For the price, I’d really like to see more consistency in quality. If they could fix the chip issue, this would easily be a better experience

  I’ve had several weird experiences at this establishment. One time the guy didn’t know how to wrap a burrito i ordered and he didn’t wrap it right so he wrapped it twice. Another time a person drowned my wife’s bowl with sauce. Just tried to come here tonight at 10 pm and they were already closed even though they don’t close till 11. That was my last time going there. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since they were somewhat newer but no more

  Went inside to order/eat. No one was in dinning area and the place was dirty. All of the tables had food on them and there was food all over floor. I said something but no one did anything. They were more interested in their own conversations instead of customer service.

  I asked for vinaigrette, the worker proceeded to open a drawer of them, grab one, and then another worker told her to put it back and then she told me they were running out so they couldn’t give me any…this does not make sense to me at all.
