  Was really hoping this new location would be amazing. Third time now giving it a chance and will not eat there again. Bought a steak bowl, the steak was so dry , like it had been sitting for hours and rice was so crunchy, not cooked. Threw a $20 bowl in the trash it was not edible. Similar experience past couple times but never had to throw it away and couldn’t even eat it. Food should be fresh. Very disappointed

  No soap in bathrooms (how are employees washing hands?) no forks, no lids, no straws, every table dirty with food, trays being reused without being washed. Management/owners should be more on top of it, seems like they are nonexistent.

  I am so glad we now have a Chipotle in ballentine! It is a time saver from having to fight Harbison traffic, and the order ahead pickup window is a plus! The food is always fresh and delicious and the staff is always welcoming. I usually go inside, and there’s one employee that always stands out, Ashanti. I’ve watched her greet everyone as soon as they come in the door, while also packing orders, & assisting other team members. She always has such an upbeat and welcoming attitude and is the epitome of great customer service! Thank you Irmo Chipotle!

  I have never had bad service until today. I ordered the Buy 2, get 1 free today. I picked up my order through the drive thru, I have a picky child who likes most of the toppings on the side. I checked my bag and I only had 1 small container of red salsa when I ordered 3. I went back through the drive thru and told the employee that I ordered 3. She dismissed me telling me that she put them all together in one container. I had never had this issue before. The lady in the drive thru was so dismissive and rude, I definitely won’t be back.

  This brand is going down hill fast and it is because of the store management. They have no idea how to take care of a customer. I don’t blame the kid working their first job. I blame the leaders this company continues to employ. No chips, no corn salsa, no to go lids for a bowl on a holiday weekend. Way to be prepared. And when I cancel my chips and guacamole after they don’t have chips, they still are trying to charge for guacamole? I point it out and the person says I didn’t charge you until they print the receipt and find out they did. I ask for a manager who ignores me to continue to make food for the drive thru? What started out as a great brand is going down hill fast.
