  Folks, I am on the road a lot. I eat a Chipotle bowl at least three times a week across the Carolinas for a healthier option to fast food. This location in particular—our area needed this alternative. But, today was probably my last visit. The guac was “out” by 8 p.m. and when I asked about the drive through area having any, I caught major resistance. The previous comments about the brown oxidized guac, small portion sizes, and significantly undercooked rice is all consistent with each of my experiences. It’s such a let down. If Chipotle’s CEO has identified that his patrons can spend more so he can aptly increase prices—I suggest that quality control at your locations may need to be your first priority before a price hike.

  The portions are so small here and the food is always hard. The gauc is alwaysssss old! This is the third time now!! All of our stomachs hurt right away. I was rooting for this location too. So very disappointed

  This has to be the worst location in the state. The food trays are all messed up, the staff not welcoming and rude. To top it off at 7,pm they have no chicken. So today I just walked out. I been coming hoping it would get better. Not the case here

  Decent establishment and food but one particular lady I guess who works line and grill is totally inappropriate and snooty and rude. Was there waiting for food and watched her loudly say in front of us customers, "I wouldn't have hired you if I had a decision for wearing jeans to an interview". Very inappropriate to shout in front of guests and at a fellow employee. Kinda ridiculous her comments about fellow employees that she's on the same level with. Absolutely embaressing behavior on her end and it makes me sad for the employees having to work with someone as toxic as her. I can see why she doesn't move up in the ranks and is stuck working there. Honestly hope whoever runs this place puts her in her place. Disgusting, deplorable and embaressing. I for one think he was dressed appropriately and didn't see anything wrong.

  There's quite a lot of room for improvement. My family and i have been here a few times, and i wanted to wait before i officially made a review. Ill start with the good: location is great, food is fresh. The service is consistently unfriendly, often inept, and slow. The portions are always abnormally small. The parking lot spaces are also unnecessarily small. I think eventually they can get it together if standards are implemented, and leadership is established.
