  We were so excited to try the salmon salads today and boy were we disappointed! Salmon is way overcooked and fishy tasting and they drowned it with the dressing. They also overcooked the pita chips. I will stick to Longhorns for a good salmon salad from now on.

  Horrible experience the last few times I have been here. Today I ordered an hour in advance. I get there my food isn't ready. They tell me they don't even have my order. I show them my receipt. Waited and waited. I asked for a refund. Was informed they were too busy to issue me one and that they'd make my food. I waited longer. Never got my food and I left. Won't be going back and will complain to corporate.

  First time we have tried Cava. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had the Greek chicken pita. Nice portions and great flavors. We will definitely be returning customers. 👍💕🙏

  Ordered the Greek Salad with extra olives. Everything tasted fresh and was exactly what we wanted. The price was decent. Service was great. Greeted me with a smile and repeated my order to verify before she started preparing it. This is a great location and I heartily recommend it.

  Awful experience today! Poor performance from everyone working there from the cashier to the personnel in the back playing around. Flies everywhere. Food being cross contaminated!! Disgusting 🤮 poor customer service! Lack of leadership. I always go to the one in Charlotte and I have never ever experienced CAVA being ran so poorly like this. Never again. I truly hope people stop ordering online from here this place is nasty. From a dhec perspective this place failed! I have pictures disgusting. Also the gentleman working there literally put the fresher regular chicken on top of older chicken how disgusting!! I’m reporting this disgusting place! Old veggies! Nothing looks fresh!
