  If I could give more stars I would! I visited after a doctors appointment trying to kill some time. The experience was top tier from the moment I walked in. I had never been here before and Kensie was so sweet to walk me through creating my own bowl, going over options with me. I sat down and was greeted and had a conversation with Ebony, who was a delight as well! The restrooms were clean and I really enjoyed the vibe while I sat and read for a while. I don’t live in this neighborhood but you can bet that when I’m in the area this will be my go to stop. Thank y’all for making me feel like a person and not just a number.

  All was going very well in line until staff asked to see a "card" for my service dog. When I asked where they wanted the "card" to come from, they saw the service dog writing on my leash and said "nevermind I see it on the leash". Tables and benches were dirty. Food was good. Drink machine was broken. Staff needs education on ADA.

  Made online order. Come into store to pick it up. Staff is over by some friends they had come up to hang out. It's obvious they aren't just customers. Food has been started getting made. I've now been standing here for 30 mins and no sign of my food getting made yet after I have said I'm here to pick up my online order. May I add this is my first time ever trying cava and it will be my last too. Don't waste your money here. Yuck

  The absolute best and most value for your food I’ve ever experienced at cava. They really fill up your bowl with food. Great taste too and very honest about their service when they are busy. And let me tell you they do get busy for a reason because they are the best cava I’ve seen in like four or five years.

  I've eaten at this Cava many times and the food and service are superb!! Very clean and the staff are very friendky and professional! On this day, I came in to eat and who did I see, Ms Ebonie the Manager! I was so elated because I've worked with her in the past and she is very professional and I love her as a person...right Manager in charge Cava! Kudos!!
