  Excellent experience! Management and staff were extremely helpful and very informative on my choices. Food quality was very good and tasty. Super friendly and happy atmosphere. I would definitely recommend 10/10 for anyone who likes to try something other than just the normal fast food. Shout out to Ms. Ebonie and her crew.

  I gave this place 5 stars a few months ago and completely regret it and chose to delete the review! I waited over 30 minutes during the dead of hours for one bowl. There are 3 employees and not one of them wanted to make my bowl or even acknowledge me at the counter. Very rude and unprofessional service

  I came in a half hour before closing and the staff was very friendly. They were out of some items but they said they can make anything fresh for me but I decided to just get what they had in stock and that was fine. The lady helping me even hooked me up with extra meat since it was almost closing time. Everything was delicious.

  I had a really great experience at Cava in Irmo! I ordered the Harissa Avocado Bowl with grilled chicken, SuperGreens, hummus, roasted corn, pickled onions, feta, avocado, and pita crisps, finished with their harissa vinaigrette. Everything tasted fresh, the chicken was tender and well seasoned, and I loved the mix of creamy, crunchy, and spicy flavors. The portion was generous and filling without feeling too heavy. The customer service was just as good as the food. The employees were friendly, patient, and welcoming, and they took their time preparing my bowl even though the restaurant was busy. The line moved quickly, the restaurant was clean, and everything at the counter looked fresh and well stocked. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely be back.

  If I could post 0 stars, I would. This restaurant used to be my favorite location until today. The last 2 times, ive eaten here, the African American manager has had a very nasty disposition about herself. She's rude and the restaurant is a nasty mess. She makes faces at you as if you're stupid when asked about a menu item, just very uninviting. I live in Lexington and Id rather travel to Gervais or Forrest Drive to spend my money. My food isn't fresh and the drink machine was empty and dirty.
