  Why is it when we come in they are always begging for reviews? I was at another location and they were doing the same thing. Turns me right off from coming back.

  Over the past 6-8 months I have noticed a HUGE change in the quality of their management and employees. Everyone is very attentive, service is always fast even with long lines. Ebony is the manager at this location and you can tell she is building a great team!

  Hi. I went to cava today because a coworker recommended me to do so and I was amazed at the service I received! I didn’t know anything about cava or what I needed to order. The team was so nice and patient with me. Mrs. Ebony was very welcoming and helpful. She let me try samples of everything to determine what type of bowl I wanted. The food is spectacular and I will continue eating at the cava in irmo. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!!!

  I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible work ethic and teamwork displayed by two employees yesterday. There were only two workers at the front, making sure everyone received their online orders while also keeping up with an extremely long line of hungry customers. One was a young man wearing a navy T-shirt and blue headwrap, while the other was a young woman wearing a black hat and black collared shirt. Despite how busy and overwhelming the rush was, they worked efficiently while still treating every customer with kindness. We couldn’t help but notice their polite gestures, cheerful smiles, and the way they greeted everyone from the beginning of the line all the way to the register. They genuinely made us feel welcome and treated us like family. These two absolutely deserve a raise or some form of recognition for the way they held the entire front of the store together for hours. Even under that much pressure, they made sure the food was fresh and that every bowl and pita was prepared with care. Employees like these two are the reason good customer service stands out. They deserve to know that their hard work was noticed and appreciated!

  Was my first time trying Cava today at the recommendation of a friend and boy am I so glad I did! Luis and another gentleman (I think his name started with a D) took care of me and my husband, explaining the menu and specials, 10/10 for the staff’s service! The food was incredible, came out faster than expected and I am not normally a fan of Mediterranean food, so we will definitely be coming back to CAVA, since both me and my husband were huge fans of the meal and atmosphere.
