It was my first time at this location today. Pack house yet still very friendly and organized atmosphere. I was intimidated by the menu at first. I got the vermonter and a pumpkin bagel warmed with pumpkin spread. Food tasted phenomenal 😋. Staff was very helpful with 😃 smiles. This will be a regular breakfast spot for me
Good food and service

Attempted to get some bagels from Bruegger’s bagels today… it says they close at 2 PM and as we arrived multiple people tried opening the door and they were closed and the open sign was even…. very confused. Not good for business if the hours of operation aren’t correct on the website or on the door they need to change them

Bruegger's Bagels has always been my spot, going back to my time in college.
If you know, you know... my order is always a **double-toasted Jalapeño Cheddar bagel with Strawberry Schmear**. Don't judge it until you've tried it!
Shelley and her team are always so welcoming, and somehow they almost always have my favorite bagel waiting for me, (jk that's a dream lol). The service is consistently friendly, the food is fresh, and it's one of those places that's absolutely worth going out of your way for.
A big thank you to Shelley and the entire team for always making me feel like a regular. I appreciate the great service, the warm smiles, and, of course, the amazing bagels. Keep doing what you're doing!

I had a very disappointing experience at Bruegger's Bagels located at 945 Lake Murray Blvd., Irmo
I ordered a turkey, egg, and cheese bagel and a large Mango Paradise drink. After paying nearly $5 for the drink, I noticed the cup was mostly filled with ice. I asked for light ice, but my drink still wasn't full. When I politely asked if it could be topped off, the manager's response was to add more ice instead of more drink. I ended up buying a bottle of Sprite because I still didn't have a full beverage.
The most concerning part of my visit happened while I was eating my bagel. I bit into a plastic stirring stick that had somehow been left inside my sandwich. Thankfully, I wasn't seriously injured, but it easily could have ended differently.
I called the store to let them know what had happened. After describing the object, the employee said, "That's about right—we use those to make the eggs." I was disappointed by the lack of concern or apology for such a serious food safety issue.
Based on my experience, I will not be returning to this location. I hope the store takes this incident seriously and improves its food preparation and customer service so no one else has a similar experience.
