  Love their bagels and we always buy 3 dozen at a time and freeze them since we live so far away. Unfortunately, they shorted us twice in a row on their baker's dozen. Both times, only gave us one extra bagel for the entire order instead of one extra for each dozen. We will still buy there because we love their product, but would be nice if they provide what they advertise...a bakers dozen.

  They can't follow orders even if they are in writing and read back to you. My husband went to pick up breakfast and while the woman taking the order read it back (2 egg whites no bacon...it was 1 egg white and uncooked bacon). Pork makes me violently ill so...that's awesome. Waste of time and money.

  Food was average. Everything in there looked a mess, greasy tables, trash on the floor, smelled like burnt food. Employees weren’t friendly, almost left while we were waiting to be greeted. Just disappointing
