  $2.99 for this?! If I had picked it up myself I would return this. This is a personal size nothing advertised as a big basket. Now the kids can’t even enjoy their fries at all

  first of all i personally don’t like pizza sauce so i order without it and it’s still put on there, second i also got wings with lemon pepper… nothing. just plain.

  This place is a joke. 2 hours for my order and I still didnt get it all. It wasn't a busy time of day and they refused to answer the phone. They outsource delivery to door dash and they told the driver they could see me calling.

  Ordered wings, pizza, and cheese bread. Never had much problems in the past. However, this time, my cheese bread was burnt, I ordered a pepperoni pizza and got only cheese, and both my pizzas were over cooked. I tried calling back to the restaurant and no one ever answered. So, I called like I was placing an order and explained my issue and the lady forwarded the phone back to the number where no one answered. I'm very frustrated and angry. 50+ dollars of pizza and it was awful. Never against

  Ordered a pizza for my wife to pick up on the way home. She brought it home and realized it was the wrong pizza and my wife could not eat. I had to tell the guy the 2 toppings we wanted 3 times before he got it right on the order, and they still made it wrong. I called to have them remake it and they put me on hold. I finally drove there still on hold for 20 minutes. I was still on hold when I got to the counter. I had taken a picture of the pizza they made wrong to show them, but the lady got snotty with me about why I didn't bring the other pizza back. I told her she just needed to make a new one and not worry about that- for the inconvenience she should make a new pizza and give us a coupon for a 3rd free one for our trouble. She continued to be snotty and say that I was rude. I was firm but not rude. She went to re-make our pizza but her attitude was so bad my wife was worried what they would do to our pizza so I told them to forget about it and we went across the street to little Ceasars. We bought a way better looking pizza for about half the price and it was out the door in about 6 minutes. Too bad. We have been a good customer for that pizza hut over the years. The owner needs to know how badly this was handled.
