- SSSteveSep 7, 20261.0It’s honestly impressive how downhill this place has gone. Previously, you could depend on fresh, quick and accurate service. Now you have to test your drink and check your bag before leaving the drive thru. They have this incredible way of giving you the opposite of what you ordered. The sweet tea you ordered will have no sugar in it. Extra sauce? You will receive none. Order 2 combos, have to pull up to wait on Bo-rounds (at breakfast time, not busy) only to be given 1 order when they come up. Lately, it’s been the evening shift that is lacking but apparently breakfast shift is too. Bring back old management because whoever is currently running the place is lacking in leadership skills.

It's toxic and just plain disgusting. Especially young kids. Grow up and act like an adult and a boss. If you don't like your job quit because from what I've heard and seen this place can't keep workers because of her. Definitely needs a new manager. You got one star because I had to in order to leave a review.
- DHDeb HowellAug 3, 20261.0I can't rate the food today because after being the only ones in the restaurant and no one at the front counter and no acknowledgement from the numerous employees in the back, we left after 12 minutes of waiting. One of those with us had ordered online ahead because he had to leave quickly and still waited 20+ minutes for his food. We frequent this location fairly often and the service is almost always very slow, but today we chose to leave and will not return. Not a single employee spoke or even entered the front service area. I never write reviews, but as a retired restaurant owner of 2 businesses, I really emphasize with the owner because I know firsthand that the people who work for you can make or break the best of businesses. I hope the business gets the attention it needs to prosper and ultimately survive. In the meantime, we will stick with the Landrum location where we can count on good service, fresh food and a clean atmosphere.
