  I bought 7 meals, spent a small fortune and wanted to try their whataburger sauce. It’s .55 extra per sauce? It seems like a small thing, but it dampers the experience. One that’s not advertised anywhere and two that is gross customer service. 7 meals and dessert and you can’t spare one sauce?! They said they charge for any and all sauces. That type of marketing doesn’t fit the area where we expect chick fil a type service and most of us have money to spend at these establishments. Anyone wanting to try a sauce or two is simply an attempt to enjoy a meal and not exploit the restaurant. It shows how penny pinching they are and how little customers are valued. It’s disappointing. Idk if it’s just this location or the chain in general. Otherwise everything was average.

  Went around 11:20pm to get my wife and I some food. Arrived to the drive through and sat for roughly 2-3 minutes before anybody acknowledged I was there. I was greeted with a hello, not a hello that is welcoming but a hostile hello like they were annoying that I went to order food. I told her that I had two separate mobile orders, one for me and one for my wife, as we both had separate rewards for free items. The reply I got, “bruh.” I heard her say bruh in a manor that pissed me off a bit, I’m pretty sure she forgot to mute her mic because I heard what sounded like TikTok or something in the background. Roughly 20 seconds after she said bruh she got annoyed and essentially yelled at me “pull up.” I brushed it off because I don’t really care and I get to the window for the lady to be sitting on her phone in front of the window. I sit for about 10 seconds then she opens the window and walks off without saying anything. Then a guy walks up and hands me my order and nobody said anything to me after. Aftermath, the food was sub par. Some of the food was free due to rewards through the app, but the food never has flavor, the burgers somehow have less flavor than the French fries that are a day old. Can’t expect much from fast food at night, but it’s the attitude that really annoyed me.

  I don’t know what the hell has changed here but whatever girl was working at 220 am sure as hell has an attitude when I made sure I heard her right at the drive thru. Seriously someone needs an attitude adjustment or fired.

  Its something about the fast food culture in the carolinas.... Its like you owe these people for making you fast food. I know its not a great paying job but at least some pride in your work would go a long way. Whataburger is a Texas thing. But The Carolinas are really giving this brand a bad name. My food (chicken tenders and a chicken sandwich) was super old and inedible. Hopefully the brand goes out of business here and stays in Texas this was not meant for the carolinas.

  When I went to whataburger I had the most memorable experience. I love talking to Nature Baker. She was such a great addition to the store. The food was delicious and I’ve never had such a great burger from whataburger other than the one in Texas. If you’re a whataburger fan and you love a authentic whataburger you should come to 1586 because the food there is the bomb..
