  We order takeout on 5/27/26 7:30pm and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. My order was wrong in multiple ways, to the point where it honestly felt like no care was taken at all. My burger was extremely bland, missing the flavor and quality I expected, with only tomato, lettuce, chopped raw onion, and a tiny amount of mustard. Fries were ok, one order was salted to death the other was barely. I also ordered unsweet tea but was given sweet tea, so I had to go back inside to have it corrected. Staff at least was courteous about fixing it and even gave me a size up for free which was appreciated. I also ordered chicken bites with gravy, but the gravy was missing. The only thing that was actually correct was the patty melt. We also ordered a small banana shake happily that was correct and actually tasty. The total came to around $40, which absolutely did not feel worth it for the quality of food and service received. Had more of an effort was made to get the order right and make the food appetizing I might have considered returning. But because most of the order was wrong and the food itself was bland, I will not be returning. This was very disappointing and definitely not worth the price.

  Management is amazing, approachable, and welcoming! The staff is always friendly, attentive and pleasant! We come to the Indian Land location often because the Whataburger team is friendly and welcoming! Thank you PJ, Nature and Ms Debbie for making our Whataburger a #1 favorite of ours!

  Overall was a great experience. We've gone through drive through over 3 times but this was our first time sitting inside. Food was very fresh and delicious but we couldnt get over how everyone inside were staring at us ha. It was very awkward maybe because we mainly spoke in Spanish but the Whataburger itself was great, just a little warning for spanish speakers or bilingual speakers, keep pushing it forward. No importa si hables español o y otro lenguaje, sigamos Allante 🙏🏻🫡🫶🏼

  The staff were friendly, and the Banana Pudding Shake was pretty good. However, the fries were not fresh — they were soft and seemed like they had been sitting for a long time. The Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich tasted average, and the bun did not look very appealing. Overall, the food quality was disappointing.

  Have given this location many chances, morning, late night, midday. Doesnt matter always some sort of issue whether it being portion sizes, missing items, added ingredients to burgers being missing, etc. On my last visit I received chicken tenders half the size of normal tenders, fry cups being half full (paid extra for a large) and half full cups of gravy. Corporate needs to come in and retrain this whole location. With the prices they charge for the food this type of service is absolutely unacceptable.
