The restaurant had no clean tables, as there was left over food debris from prior customer(s) everywhere, as well as unkept floors. In addition, we were not able to complete our order and left the restaurant. The young lady told us that there were no vegetables in-stock for our burrito bowls. We brought our business over to the Habit instead. I finally give up. We have had prior poor experiences here and we will not return again.

On the, floor, on the dining tables, on the food service area, on the prep tables in the back. The bag of chips had 15 broken chips. It was a rough experience. It was my first and last visit.

Similar to what another reviewer listed a few months back, the double chicken burrito turned out to be more of a floppy rice burrito instead. Same for the steak burrito. We ordered two tacos, received one. The sour cream was absent from the meals, but also was the protein. The chips were oily. We order Chipotle take out once a week on average, and this was very poor quality product. We ended up throwing most of it away.

All the staff was just standing around and every single table was filthy. Ice machine had no ice. Guy making food was practically whispering while they had some techno blaring overhead. Chips were completely stale and the chicken they gave us was badly burned. Was not worth $2 let alone $38. I usually love Chipotle but I will never be back to this one.

The sour cream also tasted old and had a sour flavor that didn’t seem fresh, and the rice itself was mushy instead of the usual texture I expect from Chipotle. I usually enjoy eating here, but this visit completely missed the mark. Quality and portion sizes were both disappointing, especially for the price. I hope management pays closer attention to food freshness and consistency because this experience was not worth the money.
