  The staff tries their hardest, but they sometimes make mistakes, such as keeping people waiting a few minutes. The establishment is good but the other customers are so entitled that I don't know how someone could work at that job and deal with some of these unbearable people.

  Chipotle let me down. They ran out of cheese, steak, and wouldn’t sell the chips that were “reserved” for online orders. Get it together, treat the customer in house a little better in the future please, for the sake of my pregnant wife.

  When we arrived we noticed the drive thru was full as well as inside and only one person appeared to be prepping. Our pick up time was already 10 minutes past but our food still wasn’t ready so we tried canceling through the app but were unable to. So we reluctantly entered the online order pick up line. The line took over an hour with each car taking 10-15 minutes to be served. It’s single lane so once you’ve got traffic behind you you’re stuck unless you want to jump a curb and drive through landscaping. Finally after 40 minutes in line our food was “ready” but we still had 2 cars in front of us. About 20 minutes later our order was “completed” while we were waiting on the last car in front of us which was stuck at the window for 15 minutes. When we got to the window staff just handed us our bag of cold food and told us have a good night in a dismissive tone before shutting the window no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. Bag looked about right so we left just glad to be out of there of course when we got home some toppings were missing. Order was mostly right but that was just the extra cherry on top to this horrible dining experience. There were 5+ cars behind us and another 20ish people waiting inside when we left and we saw multiple cars back up and leave the drive thru line. Done with chipotle after this experience don’t waste your time or money here.

  I waited til after my 3rd visit to leave a review. Sadly- they are always out of the most popular items like chicken or queso. Seem short staffed frequently to make matters worse. The wait time is horrible. Doesn’t matter if you are doing an online pick up or dining in. We’ve twice just walked out after a 30 min wait.

  I recently tried this chipotle chain. It was so delicious all of the meat was cooked thoroughly. My meal was fresh and delicious. I had the honor of speaking to the grill worker. His name was Will. He was so kind and charismatic. I really felt like I was at home visiting this location. I have been a fan of Chipotle for years. But Will really did his best to ensure I stuck with chipotle , instead other competitive chains. I will ensure everytime im in indain land to stop at this location, and hopefully Will is working. Keep doing what you are doing! Thanks again , and thanks to Sierra and will Chipotle has gained a lifetime consumer.
