    It was so dirty! Every table had garbage or food left over on it, the floors had trash, and the 1 garbage can was overflowing. Bear the drink stations all the straws and silverware were missing or hidden under garbage. Never again

    wasn’t incredibly busy just incredibly slow. had 7 to 8 people working the floor but for some reason only had 1 person running the front line, and i’m not going to lie that person seemed new because he was moving incredibly slow and seem very confused. once I got to the front, after being in line for 40 minutes, there was no acknowledgment of the incredibly long wait and he actively was avoiding eye contact with me. He put black beans in my bowl when I asked for no beans and when I apologized and once again said I asked for no beans he snapped at me. which honestly floored me because while I understand it obviously wasn’t a good day at work for him I was never rude to him at any point. still proceeded to mess up my bowl a 2nd time and at that point of being in this store for over 40 minutes I just wanted to go home because I also had a bad day at work before this, so I paid for my food and cried in my car lol. Honestly if my order was right I would of made my peace with this experience, which I know I left the store with knowing my order was wrong but after being snapped at for correcting it the first time I didn’t feel comfortable asking them to correct the mistake a second time. so maybe leadership should focus on customer service at this location, by maybe working on floor deployment so workers are not getting too overwhelmed to deliver basic customer service or just retraining the team overall.

    I am so angry and disappointed at this location. I went today because you had bogo. I took my son and half of the things were not there and the employees are like dont give a shit. Just close it if you dont have things. I know it was busy but if you are out of almost half of the things then whats the point in giving customer uncomplete food. Happened one time same thing. It was not BOGO offer but they did not have fajita and chicken but charged me full price.

    Chipotle advertised that if the employee gives you hardly any protein (in my case chicken) “Just ask for a little more “ employee said it would cost a little more. It’s overpriced for the amount of food they serve and everything is always extra $$….

    Doors are locked because not enough employees and “drive through open only”. Now.. Stuck in drive through, the cars are not moving. If there’s only one worker, why keep it open?? Close everything down. One person shouldn’t have to be left to do everything!!! It’s not fair to that employee and the people waiting! PLEASE DO BETTER!!!!!! It’s been 20+ minutes and the first car is still there.. it hasn’t moved 🤯
