  They dont seem to care for food falling from one container to another. The counters were not at all clean. We are vegetarian, the meat was present in rice container. The meat piece came into my bowl. Upon pointing out, instead of throwing it away, he put that that bace in rice container. When i got home, i got another meat piece in in my bowl, possibly from sofritas.

  Great food and great location. There always seems to be some kind of issue when we eat here - 2 weeks ago they were closed for no reason and yesterday they would not accept cash. While the cash was not an issue, a sign in the door saying they were closed when people were clearly standing behind the counter was off putting.

  It has been quite a few years since I went to chipotle. I enjoyed the food but the cost compared to other places like Moe's or qdoba for what you get isn't justifiable. Doubling the meat is double the price compared and the other places at least give you free chips with your meal. Restaurant was clean and service was good. But I plan to just stick with the other places that give me more for my money. Way too much hype about this place. Only other mention is they do not have the side door unlock to enter through. Kind of stupid to have a door locked to wear customers can't get in. It would literally access you right to the counter. However, had to walk around to I guess what they count as their front entrance.

  Waited to order for over 15 minutes. No one was in line and all staff ignored me as a patiently waited.
