  This place is always understaffed. The counter is always nasty. Tonight they had no protein for their in-store customers. Everyone in line had to watch them make burritos for their online orders while we had to wait for new food to be cooked. They had steak and chicken and everything else, but wouldn't serve it to their customers in line. Essentially they prioritize their online customers over their brick-and-mortar customers. I felt very unwanted and a burden on this restaurant. I'm not sure I'll go back.

  I typically don't leave negative reviews, but I'm writing this one in the hope that something will change. I've visited this Chipotle location three times, and unfortunately, every experience has been a disaster. Each time I've visited, there have been issues with drinks being unavailable, tables left dirty with food from previous customers, and just an overall sense of chaos. On one visit, they didn't even have a cash drawer available to give me change. I understand that restaurants have bad days and staffing challenges, but when the same types of problems happen on three separate visits, it seems like there's a bigger issue that needs attention. The frustrating part is that I actually want this location to succeed. Chipotle is one of the few places in our area where you can get a reasonably healthy meal, and I'd really like to have a location we can count on. I'm not writing this to criticize the employees or hurt the business. I'm hoping someone in management takes notice, looks into what's happening, and makes some meaningful changes. I'd much rather be leaving a positive review about how much things have improved.

  My wife and I along with our 12 year old showed up at 6pm on Saturday 10/3/2027 for dinner. Our intent was to eat in. As we walked through the restaurant we saw that EVERY table was covered in food from previous patrons. None of them had been wiped down. We decided to get it to go. We got to the counter and the counter (serving area) was covered with food as well and looked disgusting. The floor was covered in food from the counter back to the cooking area. At 6pm (prime dinner time) they were out of Brown rice and told us we could only have white rice. They were also out of steak and shredded cheese. We ordered chips and queso as well. When we got home, the chips were stale and not good. This is not the first time we have found this location in such poor condition. We went nearly 2 months ago and we had the same issues. Hopefully they will do something about it soon.

  Very unpleasant experience. The staff was not friendly, and the place was absolutely filthy. The lemonades were spoiled, and there was water leaking from the soda machines in the beverage area. All of the tables were dirty as well. Management really needs to address these issues and provide a cleaner environment and better customer service. Customers deserve a much better experience when they spend their hard-earned money at this store.

  While the food at Chipotle is always good, this location really struggles with portion sizes, dry meat options, wrong or incorrect orders and cleanliness of the dining room. Due to multiple orders missing something or not correct we choose to pick up inside where we are met with employees who gossip and talk to each other more than wanting to help with an order, wearing PJs, and letting this location become trashed. Photos taken at 5pm on a Friday after waiting 20 minutes on an online order that was supposed to be ready at arrival, oh not to mention the soda machine not working and when I alerted employees they rolled their eyes at me and gave a horrible attitude. It’s worth it to drive to the other chipotle much cleaner and fresher there.
