They then told me bo bites were unavailable because they were frozen. Mountain dew was unavailable. I question the employees but I question the manager. You dont care about your service.

When I got there , the order still wasn’t ready and the employees were yelling and cussing ant each other. Another customer came inside while I was waiting for my food , and told the staff that they forgot several items in his order. Attitude everywhere and horrible customer service. LAZY workers . Period . What has happened to Bojangles? Either the owner of this location has a lot of money and just doesn’t care who works there or he/her is so desperate for staff that they hire whomever they can find. Just don’t see this location being around long given the poor customer service and employees.
