Stood there waiting, had to tap on the counter, then had to say loudly, hello can we place a order. Finally a lady came up,whom I believe may have been the manager, said can I help you. I said can I place my order, we asked for the 8 piece chicken meal, said no wings please do thighs, breast,instead, she then said we're out of those,I can do all legs,we'll that's crazy, but whatever. Our sides was to bo slaw dirty rice,but we also added a large mash potatoes and gravy. Got home, had 2 individual slaws not the big size like it should come with, chicken very dry biscuits felt like rocks, overpriced and just bad all together Bad service bad food sad sad sad wasted money and time...is there a chicken place around that is worth trying please let people like myself know, cause bojangles needs to be out of business

Bojangles has gone down hill bad these last few years in customer service.. Secondly, when using the app, Bojangles seems to now be charging a fee to use the app. My total was more than the total at checkout . Insanity. It will be interesting to see how long Bojangles stays in business with their high prices , horrible customer service , and their hidden app fees.
