  The service here is absolutely horrible. It's always tons of staff working, but it seems everybody is goofing off, playing around with gas station staff or just being idle. You can literally be standing there for minutes and staff will see you and still not acknowledge you. There seems to be some sort of disconnect with service and just duties in itself. There has been times where I saw 3 people all helping to make one sub order, while several people are waiting to order. Staff may be on break and won't get up to let another coworker know, there's a customer upfront. Management is very inefficient. Trying to call and place an order is hopeless. No one answers and I was even told and encouraged not to call ahead. Now they've decided to charge for a ranch dressing, which is so confusing seeing they sell wings. I can see charging for extra, but if I order wings, I should be able to get a ranch dressing. I think the real reason is just to deter customers away from asking for one, because they don't feel like getting it. I will say, the breakfast shift is much more attentive. However, overall, this place is a joke.
