  Tables were dirty, service was just ok and the fries didn't taste fresh. Wish I went to Five Guys instead.

  We came to the counter and the employee asked if it was our first visit, we said that it was . He offered us a menu and we placed our order. The Caesar salad was room temp. disappointed.. the burger and fries were fresh and Hot. But the most disappointing thing was, that the prices that were on the menu were different than what was on the menu. I raised the question to the employee ( and older gentleman who didn't smile at all!!) and he said that he would let the manager know. Didn't try to make it right or anything.. We probably won't return..

  We ordered the Bourbon Bacon, Classic, and Double Bacon burgers, and they were all really good. The fries could have been better.

  Wayback Burger in Hilton Head was a disappointing experience. The tables were sticky, the floor was greasy, and the bathroom was just gross. It felt like a typical fast food joint that hadn't been properly cleaned in a while. The burger itself was pretty boring, nothing special or memorable about it. The guy taking our order was a bit pushy, which made the whole visit feel rushed and unpleasant.
